Misleading description, wrong sizing, poor service
I ordered a thermal set from Delva, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
The product I received does NOT match the description on the website. The material is cheap synthetic fabric and has nothing in common with the advertised “double-sided microfleece”.
The sizing is also completely incorrect. I ordered size S according to their size chart, but the real measurements of the item are significantly smaller and do not correspond to the listed parameters.
The communication with the store was also very poor. The shipping time of 1–6 business days was violated. The seller gave different explanations, ignored messages, and at one point even claimed that the parcel had already been picked up by a courier, while Nova Poshta tracking clearly showed that no shipment had been created.
This looks like deliberate misinformation and irresponsible business behavior. I do not recommend this store.

Товар не відповідає опису на сайті. Матеріал — дешева синтетика, яка не має нічого спільного з заявленим “двостороннім мікрофлісом”. Розмір також не відповідає таблиці — фактичні заміри значно менші.
Терміни відправки були порушені, магазин давав різні пояснення, і навіть повідомляв про відправку, коли її фактично не існувало за даними Нової Пошти. Не рекомендую.
