Excellent service, love this team and their pricing!!

Demandlever has been easy to work with, responsive to my requests and open to my suggestions for my social media and video services I use.

We contracted demandlever to perform some marketing for two of our companies on march 5th 2021. We negotiated a special deal with them for 6 months of social media and google ads for one company and Social media and email marketing for the other company. To say the least they dropped the ball. They came up with all kinds of excuses why from someone catching covid to they have a hard time keeping content writers. This is ok with me but I didn't want to pay for the services that weren't being performed while they figured out their internal issue. After a few weeks of trying to get our case manager to respond about a refund, I submitted a "termination of service" form on their website and never received a cancelation confirmation. After emailing and emailing communicating with the account manager I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank. After I sent the dispute with the bank Bryce Kapitzky responded to me on Linkedin which I had to research to see someone that could respond to my request since every other avenue failed. I explained to him we were a community development company trying to secure the future for indigenous women in the jungles of Panama and we didn't have this kind of money to lose. He wanted us to pay him for the service that was already performed. I disagreed since a lot of the social media posts had bad grammar and didn't go out as agreed on. It is unfortunate that the bank only granted one of the two refunds. I guess I submitted one of the disputes wrong so I was denied. I believe you see the heart of the company in how the management team reacts to situations. The heart of this company is greed and unethical practices. I now will hire a lawyer to sue them as it is about principle now and not about the money. I'm sure they have been able to make some clients happy since it is a great idea but the delivery of this idea lacks everything in our short experience with them.
