A liitle sceptical of this kind of product I had heard a lot about it in the news. This is the only thing i have found that works, it supresses your appetite enough to eat only the amount you need. That along with strict eating habits and a good exercise regime has worked wonders!! I would reccommend it to anyone who is willing to put in the extra effort as well with diet and exercise, cause being realistic- It's not going to work if all your doing is eating rubbish.

I have always been an active person but after a bad sports injury I couldn't train any more. I did not find the hoodia amazingly helpful for curbing my appetite which was the main reason I wanted to try this product. The hoodia did give me more energy though which was great as I was able to get to the gym after work each day and get a good work out in. No negative side effects with this product whatsoever.

I got these for my wife and they do work well.
However if you are someone who eats for the sake of it and not because you are hungry then these will not work for you because all they do is suppress your hunger NOT your desire to eat food.
