Fantastic experience at Design Centre. Myself and my partner had our wedding rings and accompanying jewellery made there and cannot fault the service or the finished product.

Firstly the staff who helped us are excellent (Mainly Daksha, but also Dave and Binu). So thorough and helpful, advised us so well, even ensured my wedding ring fit under my engagement ring perfectly even though the engagement ring was not from them. The finished product is stunning and fits perfectly. The team worked with my partner to create exactly what he wanted from scratch. On most visits we even had our baby with us and the team were so welcoming and understanding of this.

Amazing staff, great prices, even better finished product! Would 100% recommend for wedding jewellery or every day pieces!

Visited the Jewellery quarter to find a ruby anniversary gift for my wife. After visiting several shops, i was underwhelmed by the customer reaction i received. On entering the Design Centre, I was warmly greeted when asked if they had and ruby necklaces for sale. I was directed to the sales assistant, Gemma, who talked me through what they had to offer and suggested a few options. I felt very much relaxed during this process and there was no hard sell, just friendly and informative suggestions. Once I hade decided on the pendant, Gemma was very accommodating and looked after everything for me. Excellent service for such an important purchase

There was a wide selection of jewellery on display at various price points. The member of staff who served us (Gemma) was extremely helpful and very attentive.

My partner and I went to Design Centre to purchase an engagement ring after hearing such positive things from my brother who also bought his partner’s engagement and wedding ring from there. Gemma was helpful and patient. She helped us to design a personalised ring as the ring style we were looking for wasn’t available. The ring was made and ready to collect two and a half weeks afterwards. Gemma, Dave and other members of the team gave their honest and professional opinions, which we really appreciated. It is a beautiful ring and the quality is excellent. Thank you, Design Centre!

Have recently purchased a 1.20 carat diamond ring, as we were unable to visit the shop initially my husband spoke to Daksha on the phone, he described what we wanted, she was so helpful and gave us various options, once we had confirmed our choice Daksha kept us updated by phone and email, sending pictures and giving us excellent advise, she is very knowledgeable. Yesterday the ring arrived by special delivery post and was just what I was hoping for, for security the GIA certificate and valuation arrived today again by special delivery post.
Would have no hesitation shopping at Design Centre again. Daksha goes above and beyond. Many thanks.

My fianceé and I visited this store for the second time. Our first was to purchase an engagement ring, and our second to purchase a wedding ring. Upon both occasions the service we received was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon this last occasion, we were served by Gemma, a lovely lady who helped us with our ring selection, and even gave a free ultra clean to my fiancees existing engagement ring (Looks like new!) I would recommend this store to anyone seeking a good and friendly service. The products throughout the store are of first class quality, with costs a good deal lower than the high street jewellers.

We went in on 16/05 looking for a wedding band for my partner, we we served and looked after by Gemma. Her knowledge support and expertise were outstanding, not only did she know her stuff she was also completely down to earth and supportive.

As we walked into the shop we were greeted/acknowledged straight away. Tina approached me asking if there was anything particular I was looking for. I told her the style of earrings I was interested in and straightaway she went around the shop looking for any that fitted the description. The 3 ladies in there were all so friendly and happy, easy to talk to. Any questions I had Tina answered even gave an example of comparison of carat in a simplistic way.
I will be honest if I hadn't had the service I had from the moment I walked in the shop I may not have made the purchase I did.

We were just in Birmingham for a couple of days and we were so lucky to find this jewellers. The staff were friendly and very helpful and there was a great selection to choose from. We were also given a good discount on the bracelet we bought. Would definitely recommend this jeweller

Had been looking for an Onyx ring for my partner's birthday that was coming later on in the year. I had been looking around for months and even online for a nice design. My birthday is coming up shortly and my partner wanted to buy me a piece of jewellery so whilst at the Jewellery Quarter I took the opportunity to look for a gift for him too. We both didn't see anything we particularly liked so decided to go back to the car and try again the following day. On the way to the car we popped into this shop. We were warmly greeted and asked how they can help. Partner taken aback when I stated I'm looking for a man's onyx ring. Tina immediately showed us what she had and yes I spotted the perfect gift. My partner was reluctant to try it on as he was insisting he wanted to buy me a birthday gift. I insisted I've been looking for months and at least he should try it on. It fitted and looked so lovely on him. Yes, definitely the one. Tina stated there was a 50% sale that day. I couldn't help but get it. He was bemused but lightened up when I suggested he keep it on. Of course he loved it. Thank you Tina for your patience and exemplary service. I saved alot of money too. Excellent and well worth a visit.

Bought an engagement ring from here and felt very relaxed and reassured by the guys there and especially Gemma who served me. Thank you for making it so easy.

From having an appointment next door which was closed 😔 the guy in Design Centre was advising people it was free parking so starting chatting and went in to have a look around. Absolutely fabulous service and came away not only with an engagement ring but our wedding ring.

The design centre is a fantastic place with so much choice and the staff are so helpful and polite- nothing is too much trouble.
I have purchased rings and also earrings & a watch from them and customer service is amazing.
