Aleyah in the Bolton store reassured us when we first entered the store that she was there if we needed her but wasn’t pushy or overbearing as we sometimes experienced in other sofa stores! She explained key points to us then left us to browse.
She was really knowledgeable about the sofa ranges and had a lot of patience when we asked to compare colours, sizes ranges etc! She made what was potentially a daunting experience really comfortable and friendly and we ended up buying a sofa we love! Thank you
