I was sent the wrong product and after attempting to get it swapped for the correct one I have still had no response from the retailer. I emailed Bradley multiple times for a response and I have never had an answer. I wrote to his registered office and still no response to this day. Eventually I contacted my credit card provider and got a refund. If you look at this company on companies house website they have no accounts or trading history and are not well established, I would NOT recommend trading with them.

I don’t normally write reviews but this company 100% warrants a review and not in a good way! I have not been sent the watch I ordered and despite numerous communications sent via different methods since February, I have not had a response which has forced me to report the company to trading standards etc! I am now stuck with a watch I did not order and no way of replacing it for the correct watch! The company website promises a 60 day returns policy and to contact them for a returns label - no response or returns label received! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO PART WITH MONEY FOR A WATCH YOU DIDN’T ORDER!! Absolutely disgusting!

This company are grate. The customer service i received from talia was outstanding. They where very efficient with the replies and helped me with any questions I had, I would recommend them to anyone and will be ordering again the the feature.

It was my first time ordering from this store and I was a little hesitant, however the service was great. Fast delivery and the watch was perfect. I bought it for my son's Christmas present and he loves it. The price was great, and a lot better priced than other watch stores or jewellers. I would definetly buy from them again.

I was really blown away by the great customer service Nicole offered. She was very responsive and helpful. I had a slight issue with my first order being out of stock and I was offered another range to look at. It was delivered the next day and was beautifully wrapped and boxed. The watch is perfect and amazing quality. Thank you again to Nicole for her great service and making my partners bday special.

This company are great in how they treat their customers! I had to return a product, only because i misunderstood the sizing .
and dealing with Nicole was nothing but a joy, she made the whole process seamless and stress free. I will be using the Designer Watch Store in the near future & will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Honestly at first when I bought the watch I thought I was risking my money not sure if it a trust worthy company. But Bradley had kindly helped me with my query and the watch was sent out straight away when it was available. My husband absolutely loved the burberry watch! It was so nicely packed to avoid any damages and I received it on time. My husband wears it to work everyday. So thank you for the watch and lovely service.
