I was searching for a template for a logo when I came across Designsgene. Martin is the designer I worked with and he understood that I wanted to get the work done first before I paid. It took us three days to finish the project and he was most respectful, patient, and professional. He never had a problem going back to the drawing board! I highly recommend Designsgene.

Alvin Scofield is my tech and he is amazing - his design sensibility and creativity are expert and his patience working with a novice was immense! He explained each step of the process and then he must have been working 24 hours non-stop to produce results on time that were extraordinary! I was a very difficult client who didn’t respond to his many calls and texts and couldn’t explain clearly what I wanted so Alvin had to rework the website several times.

Allen, Amy White, Joe Jordan, Adam Baker.. all names of people I've made contact with, all dishonest shady individuals. The reality is, I'm better off paying $3-$5k for a website from a local company. They're terrible at following instructions and when I decided to cancel and part ways they refused to process the cancelation. "Adam Baker" went as far as trying to insult me over the phone and told me to "take my medicine" because I'm obviously very displeased with this company. I ended up calling my bank to file a claim. Bottom line is their sales agents will say whatever is necessary to get you to sign up, but the truth is they can't deliver.

Martin Gilbert was the first person I spoke to at Designgene. He was professional and courteous as I asked my questions. He send me a form to gather information on what I was looking to get help with.
I have done three different projects with them. Martin has been in charge of all of them. I knew if I ever had a question on any of them he was right there. It’s their business but our livelihood they are helping with and Martin gives that extra attention to make sure things run smoothly. Big or small job I’m sure Martin could get the right people involved, While assuring a smooth process from beginning to end.

Joe was the one we used for commerce and let me tell ya Joe Jordan knows his stuff. He makes suggestions as you go through the process to help you get it the way you want it. He’s very patient and is willing to text or email if your busy so as to not slow the work up.

I had the most excellent experience from the very beginning to the end working with Zach and Alvin Scofield at DesignsGene. They were highly professional yet personable, knowledgeable and yet on over-bearing and extremely respectful in understanding my needs and visions and proving the best guidance to optimize it. At the end, what was most impressive and commendable is that Alvin was able to deliver the website to me within a very condensed timeframe and Zach was always there to help me navigate other aspects of the website not directly related to the designing of it.

The experience was great, Jack Brown was my project leader and he worked with my very small budget that I had and had his people design a nice and user friendly web site for my Rec. basketball league. Jack Brown even had his people created a logo for me. Jack always updated me on their progress and let me view the template ever few days. If I asked for changes they came back in 24 hours with those changes. They even design my web site on WIX and not on their web server. Would use them for other web design projects and would recommend them to friends and colleagues. Thank you Designgene!

I've been working with Matt Kelly of Designsgene. They are designing a web site for me. I have had the best experience with this company and I would recommend them to anyone. They do what the say and the work is very good. They keep in touch with you constantly to make sure everything is going how you expect it. I can honestly say I have never worked with such nice, professional people in a very long time. It has been a pleasure doing business with them!

Extremely frustrating to deal with. The site was good looking but numerous functions did not work. My representative took up tons of my time, had trouble communicating effectively and made the entire experience extremely stressful. I had to pay to have several errors corrected. Extremely difficult to deal with

Had a website designed with designsgene. The site looks really good. Had a few issues along the way but that is to be expected, and what really counts is how they are handled, which Joe did a great job at. Definitely Recommended!!!!!!!!

Great design team and quick turn around on all projects and request. With their help we have improved our google search results. My company has depended on them for quite sometime now and we have been doing business with them for over 2 years.
