A very welcoming experience
I called into the Des Kelly Coolock branch on Saturday to purchase a mattress, I had no clue as to what I needed or which one was best for me .
I dealt with Derek and I found him so attentive to my needs, he recommended a firm support mattress which I happily purchased.

Barry was very helpful and so friendly! He took a lot of time to go through all the options and prices available for us so we weren’t under pressure to buy over our budget. We left with a time booked for install and it was all very easy from start to finish.

We were looking for particularly rare model (RESPA extreme support) which was nowhere to be found. Aideen did tremendous job communicating to RESPA representative and finding it in the other furniture store for us to see and try. Furthermore she negotiated a great price for us.
