High quality and shipped within a week though originally said 3 weeks

Ive bought one of your mousepads before I will almost always recommend you guys but I am slightly disappointed by what I received just barely the stitching on the mousepad came a little messed up not really enough to bother me or lower this review below a 4 star but I recommend your products on there quality. I hope that won’t have to change that.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I waited 2–3 months for my order and still never received the product. The tracking showed it arrived in my country, but I was never given any information about where to pick it up, no email, no message, nothing. It was impossible for me to collect it.

The package was then returned without my knowledge, and I still ended up paying customs fees twice for a product I never received.

Customer support has been extremely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to pay for shipping again to resend the package. After I requested a refund, they stopped responding.

I paid for a product I never received and was then expected to pay even more. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Had already bought from you guys back in 2021, hopes it still had the same quality as before and it did!

Sent im for a custom piece but only thing was that they decided that they wanted to colorize my custom pad themselves. i sent in a white picture and they decided they rather have purple instead for me. I went through support and never got a response even when i followed up with another email. smh man

Best quality to desk/mouse pads there is. Very well made to the last detail, soft material so your mouse glides over the surface easily without any effort and very good designs. 10/10!

Super cool deskmats! They really well packaged and were actually got some pretty cool designs when I bought the mystery pack. Really necesseray upgrade since my other one was around 4 years old. Would definitely buy from them again!

They took my money and never even shipped the product. They haven’t answered a single email and it’s been just under a month. I don’t know why they aren’t listed everywhere as a scam.

Desk mat did not ship for several weeks. Tried to reach out to the company to cancel the order after waiting, but got no response to my request.

I ordered a custom desk mat and it turned out better than I could’ve imagined! Print was great, quality was great, shipping was quick and communication was efficient. 10/10

Quick shipping, great product! I’ve been using Deskr since 2022 and I’ve only had to replace my mat once in that time. 3 years of hand chum will do that, but I don’t plan on getting my desk mats anywhere else. These are the best out there.

Was told my ordrr shipped the 11th got fed ex tracking number and only on label created it has been almost 3 days and no response from support on 2 diff emails. This is first ever issue ive had with them and after this im sone buying from them

Excellent high-quality product. But shipping is way too expensive. Shipping cost about the same as the product itself. I'd like to have the option of a much cheaper shipping option, even if that means waiting longer. Or it needs to be available locally so I don't have to pay duties.

Never received my order. Tracking number never showed any motion. No response from support after two emails and about 3 weeks. I am a longtime customer of Deskr, deskpads are very quality. However at this point, I can give them no better rating than being a scam.

These desk pads are high quality, look great and make the desktop a little more comfortable to lean on whilst working

Absolutely love the product!! But the smell is rough when you first open might just be me 🤔. But again I love it!!!
