Reasonable and close to downtown. Can walk to cruise line terminals. For a short stay, it was good. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Would stay again.

Very nice, tasteful and clean place! Maybe a bit hard to find. A sign on the door would have helped.

The room is exactly as described. It was small, but perfect for a 1 night stay before our cruise. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
My only complaint is that the code they gave us to get in was wrong. But they did give us a new one pretty quickly.
I did find parking aggravating, simply because I didn't feel like we understood where to park. The instructions say there are parking passes, so we thought that meant there was a specific parking place. You actually just park on the street anywhere you can find nearby. I messaged on the Airbnb app asking where we were supposed to park but didn't get a response for 6 hours. Thankfully we had already figured it out.
All in all it was a good stay, and I would stay there again.

Room was clean , comfortable and charming. My only suggestion would be a light shining on the gate. Other then that it was a great !!!! We will be staying again!

Domum met our expectations - a nice, clean, comfortable room! No standing in line to check in (just enter your code and you're in!) It was our first time to Galveston and we enjoyed the area (didn't do much walking as the weather was quite cold). We will stay here again on our next trip to Galvestion.

The rooms were quaint. It was very quiet and in a cute neighborhood. Walking to our cruise was less than 20 minutes. All the codes worked great 👍 I love the charm of older homes.

the room was fine for a one night visit. the pictures made it seem bigger than it was.
the sink was so small it was unusable. the plug had to be operated by a broken arm under the sink.
absolutely the smallest room my wife and I have ever stayed in.

The accommodations were clean and well kept. Access was easy and the location was ideal for connecting to the cruise ports. Only issue we had was getting the room heated to a comfortable warmth for the night. The small heater eventually warmed up the place enough.

Bed and bedding was super comfy. A.M. coffee was a must have that was greatly appreciated - great offerings. Was a great stay!! Thank you!!!

Very nice little place, the only thing we had to Uber to go get batteries for the TV remote, other than that nice visit.

Room was nice. Definitely needs a mini fridge and microwave. Also could not control the cold on the AC. With this type of unit if the other units are on heat it will not be able to be in cold. Since it is shoulder season and the temps are in the mid 70’s during the day and upper sixties at night the room was too hot as the AC was set to heat for all the rooms.

I think you should let people know that there's no checking in before 3pm. We arrived in Galveston at 9:30am. You'd said in your instructions that if one needed to check in early, all they had to do was contact management. Well, I tried that and never got an answer back. In fact, trying to get in touch with anyone is very frustrating, seeing as how you never talk to anyone over the phone. It's all done via text. So, you can imagine my frustration when I'd tried contacting you folks in advance to see if we could possibly check in early but never saw a word about it until 2:40pm when, after trying to use the code you gave me several times but couldn't check in. You texted me back saying, this one time you'd make an exception for us and let us check in at 2:40pm. For that, I am grateful. Listen, folks...I don't want to be negative. That's not me. But when you're seniors, like my wife and I, and we're in a city that we've never been in before and no one will answer your texts...it can become pretty frustrating. Besides that little incident, staying there was what we thought it would be. It was a small room, but very clean. You've got a huge problem with the bed in number 2, though. The wooden bed frame extends way beyond the mattress and so both my wife and I got hammered on our shins trying to move around that bed. Let me tell you, it hurt! So, you need to take care of that or sometime down the road, someone's going to seriously hurt themselves....and while on vacation too! Again, other than those two thing, (Oh yeah, I forgot, it was kind of a letdown when we arrived to see that your coffee machine was broken, with some writing scribbled on a piece of paper that said, "Coffee machine is broken. Sorry about that"...or something to that effect. We have a Keurig at home and were looking forward to a cup of fresh coffee the following morning. I went ahead and found a McDonald's about five minutes from your establishment and that took care of it. Your rooms are very nicely done. You can tell you've put some money into refurbishing it and that was nice. So, in closing, if I were you, I'd first and foremost, find a way that makes things easier to contact you if your customer has some needs. I'd also fix the coffee machine...lol! Above all, though, you need to do something about the wooden bed frame extending out past the mattress. Someone's going to get seriously hurt down the road if you don't! Seriously!

The CODE did not work, back up code did not work, called for assistance, wait for them to show up at the property,... she tried new codes , finally gave us a hard key to use. Rooms are so tiny!!!!

Love this place. Beds super comfortable. Rooms clean. Great location. My second time staying here and will stay again when I cruise the next time ❤️
