Dexterous Designs Ltd Bewertungen

I found Dexterous Designs from a Google search for web designers locally. I know it's considered old fashioned these days but I wanted to be able to see who I was dealing with in person and be able to have a face to face conversation. Dexterous Designs has a physical office in the town centre of Taunton, easy to find and access. The welcome there is friendly and professional.

The Trust Pilot reviews for Dexterous designs were impeccable and I wondered if it was too good to be true.

I was looking for a company to design a whole new website for me from scratch along with a new company logo. I have to admit I am a dreamer, a bit of a perfectionist and like things 'just so'. I explained my ideas and expectations to Marc and gave him a budget. Knowing that my requests were somewhat of a challenge I wasn't expecting anything too special in return. I expected a basic website with a few extra tweaks... but boy did these guys rise to the challenge.

What I have has far exceeded my expectations. I have a beautiful, fully functioning website which is basically the brains of my business. It is the first experience people have with my business, and Marc and the team have produced something which does my business proud. Its a website which means my customers can log in and feel properly connected with my business, in control and involved.

The level of customer service I received from Dexterous Designs has also far exceeded my expectations. They kept me up to date every step of the way. They even provided me with a link so that I could see the website being built and it was exciting to see it taking shape. It also meant I was able to feel involved and make changes and suggestions along the way. Any changes I did request were made almost immediately. Communications have been fantastic throughout.

Never having a website before and not being all too tech savvy, meant that I had A LOT of questions and these guys have been more than patient with me, answering every single question with a high level of knowledge.

They listened to my suggestions and requests for the style of logo and have come up with something completely perfect for my business from the colours to the style, they knew exactly what I wanted.

Nothing has been too much trouble for Dexterous Designs and I would have no trouble in recommending them to anyone near or far.

I feel they really looked after me. Sometimes it feels like some companies just want to take your money. That was certainly not the case with these guys. They are honest, hard working and on top of that, have the ability to produce something that will make you and your customers say WOW.

Thanks Dexterous Designs. We look forward to working with you agin in the future.

I chose Dexterous Designs to help me produce a new business logo. I thoroughly recommend their services. They were extremely helpful at every step of the process, resulting in a logo which I am delighted with.

Dexterous run and designed my website. Honest guys that know what they're doing with reasonable pricing.

We were recommended Dexterous Designs to build our new website. They did a fantastic job with the design and a lot of tricky technical work, and the site looks great. They have been professional, friendly and down to earth, and are always quick to respond to any questions or requests we have. They are a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Good quality print, and a fantastic turnaround - a pleasure to deal with!

Marc & his team (Toby and Harvey) at Dexterous Designs have been fantastic! Marc had worked on our websites previously and was the obvious choice when we needed to update our web presence. He understood what we needed and his team have worked brilliantly in accommodating some of our more challenging requests. Nothing seems to phase them even when we leave things to the last minute they have been there to help and support us. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Thanks Marc,Toby & Harvey!

My first time engaging professional support for my website. Excellent service from the guys at Dexterous Designs - responsive, friendly and high quality output. Appreciated the practical advice too on how to optimise my site and content... great patience and enthusiasm in answering all my questions!

Highly recommended, dexterous designs exceeded my expectations.
5 stars all the way.....

Dexterous Designs are fast, efficient, helpful, reasonably priced and downright marvellous. We - Frieze Hill Community Orchard - are a very small organisation requiring small runs of posters and banners for our events and usually asked for at the last minute. Toby pulled out all the stops for our latest poster which he finalised within 24 hours. We are particularly happy with their customer focus - they always listen carefully to our requirements; their designs reflect this and we are always pleased with their design ideas. We are happy to recommend Dexterous Designs Ltd. to others.

I run a support organisation which is a not for profit, called Bipolar Somerset – and we support people in the community with Bipolar Disorder by offering self-help groups and support sessions. We came to Dexterous Designs as the office is close, and explained we didn’t have a lot to spend but needed a decent website. The guys were supportive and sponsored the bulk of the cost allowing us to only spend the budget we had set aside, however the site we were given was lovely and we receive many compliments. We are very grateful for the support they give to the organisation and would not hesitate to recommend them to all companies and organisations everywhere. The service is great and the guys are very easy to work with. Thank you, Phil Cracknell – Founder of Somerset Bipolar Organisation.

Excellent service from a customer friendly team . Kept me notified all the time with ideas and suggestions. Totally satisfied and would recommend them anytime

I spoke to the guys at Dexterous Designs about a new landscape gardening website for my business, and they were happy to help me with designing a logo, getting some printing done and postcards, as well as sorting me out a lovely website for my brand. Great to work with and very helpful, I’d recommend them to all businesses big and small. If you are looking for a local business with knowledge and great support, they are the ones to choose!!.

A great team and really helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and edits etc are carried out quickly.

We used Dexterous Designs to rebrand and give a new look to an existing website. Dexterous Designs provided an extremely knowledgeable and professional service. I would highly recommend this business, they were prompt and easy to communicate with. The end result was a well designed, user friendly website that was on brand and well suited to our target audience.

Marc and Toby were easy to work with, hardworking and trustworthy. There are so many choices out there for website companies but you are in good hands with Dexterous Designs. Nothing was too much trouble and we always received swift responses to queries. Thank you!

A rare combination in the world of web design and development but these guys really have got it. A great company to work with and its a pleasure having a solid working relationship with these guys! We would always be happy to recommend Dexterous and have done so on may occasions.

We've used Dexterous Designs from the outset and find them first class and very professional! They've created a large business website with us and have readily adapted our previous site to keep abreast of changes as they've come along. DD also create and distribute a monthly e Newsletter for our customer database. They have given us fantastic and friendly support along the way. We thoroughly recommend them to you!

Dexterous were asked to update our website to make it more in line with our competitors and give it a more modern outlook. We were very happy with the finished result. As a web designer they are happy to give you as much input as required. Always quick to respond to e-mails and professional in approach.

I started my business in April 2016 and was looking for a simple but stylish website to promote my store. A gave Dexterous a brief and at times vague !
idea of want I wanted from the site and I think they interpreted and delivered on that.
