experience with this platform was extremely disappointing.
After I reported that I had been scammed through your website, instead of helping me, you banned my account, preventing me from warning other users about what had happened.
I was then directed to contact Azuro, even though, in my experience, they do not respond to support requests. Their support channels also appear to be filled with impersonators and scammers, which puts victims at even greater risk.
I also experienced what I believe were unfair bet settlements. In my case, winning bets were either settled as losses or refunded instead of being paid out, while losing bets were settled normally. From my perspective, this resulted in me losing money that I believe I was entitled to receive. It also show that it is not DEX but full CEX and someone else but not you has access to your funds.
Rather than investigating these issues or helping affected users recover their funds, my concerns were ignored. It felt like the priority was to silence complaints instead of addressing the problem.
If this is how customers are treated after reporting fraud and disputed settlements, it raises serious concerns about the platform's commitment to user safety, fairness, and customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform, and I believe others should proceed with caution.
