They keep me updated, help us out with shipping hurdles and go the extra mile for us. Robert Kokuzo was beyond 5 stars. He knows everything and was very predictive and preemptive on multiple issues throughout our process that the manufacturer and shipper were not addressing. I can think of several issues that without Robert, I simply would not have been able to get my shipment in the end. Or have suffered protracted delays and fines.
Absolutely top notch. Will not attempt anything like this without you.
