Was told our order would be there on…
Was told our order would be there on Wednesday and paid for next day shipping. Did not come until Thursday when we were already seeing patients. It was supposed to come via FedEx, Amazon brought the order. The rep did refund us the shipping amount.

After our conversation, I went ahead and refunded your entire order because I felt so bad about it.
The order shipped by FedEx with tracking number 457557559844. FedEx says they collected a signature from "NBETH," upon delivery.
Amazon had no part in this order.
Once again, I apologize for the problems that were caused.

You need to either replace the USPS or…
You need to either replace the USPS or keep them but offer your customers an alternative shipper. Give us options please! The package was initially supposed to be delivered on Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday!?? and finally arrived on Monday. The company might not know that there are issues with USPS so I wanted to document it here. Thanks for the sensor and alcohol pads!!

I ordered my item on August 25th. The label was created August 28. It was in Indianapolis, I live in Indiana, now as of sept 2, it was returned back to Florida. I need what I paid for.

I bought the salter for GOPD treatment.
I bought the Salter Nebulizer to replace My old one.The price was very good and arrived within a few days. I feel that the Salter Aire Elite is the best.

Size and price
The price for the feminine wash was the lowest ever. It is a great product. The women at the shelter will love that it's for sensitive skin. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars was because the postal service did not follow your instructions to keep the boxes sitting up and therefore spillage did occur. I would suggest using a plastic bag inside and taping the tops down.

Just as it was before, easy to order online and despatched promptly with tracking number emailed to me. Items arrived safely and as described.
The only problem was USPS lack of attention: nothing to do with Diabetes Store.
