Cooperative and helpful but doubts over authenticity.
Received my sample order a few days ago, I’m still unsure about the authenticity of the watches. I’ve been advised by my local watchmaker to send them off to Tag Heuer themselves so they can conduct a metallurgy test to determine their authenticity.
I ordered two sample watches, I had my watchmaker take the back of the other and it had the correct movement inside and the inside of the case back had the same swirly effect found on their authentic stock they sold.
The other watch has an issue with the crown with far too much excessive play in it when fully extended, this was noted by my watchmaker.
The luminosity was also poor compared to the stock of Tag Heuer Formula 1’s they’ve in stock, particularly the numbers 12 and 6, which had very little luminova on them.
They’ve said the only way to determine their authenticity would be to send them of to Tag Heuer for the above test, this could take several months to complete though as Tag Heuer have a slow turnaround for such.
The company themselves have been very helpful and cooperative throughout it has to be said.
Edit, Two and half years later this company contacts me and said they’ve hidden this review for reasons that is just an attempt to hide my experience. This isn’t good practice at all.

It was nice to work with them. We could not be happier with the Gucci watches we got, which are all of high quality. Will absolutely work with Dialdist again in the next scheduled orders, recommend them!
