Diamond Pest control were brilliant. They came multiple times to tackle the problem of fleas from my cat that were everywhere! They were a nightmare to get rid of- but Diamond pest control guys kept coming until I was happy the problem had been sorted. Always very helpful, got back to you asap and very personable! Diamond Pest Control have been a blessing in disguise. Unfortunately we been dealing with an infestation of drain flies. I reached out to multiple people but Diamond Pest Control were very compassionate towards our situation and the stress we were under. My initial call was taken by Marie, who asked me a few questions and then said one of their surveyors will call me back. And within 30 minutes Glen did. He was very informative and again very understanding of our situation. I asked how quickly they could book me in and he said definitely on Monday but may be able to come out the same day (Friday). He said he will need to check and come back to me. 15 minutes later, he said he could come out that same day … AMAZING! As mentioned i spoke to multiple companies but Diamond Pest Control were the most professional but what sold it for me was they said they offer 3 visits in their price and 3 months warranty. I was booked in for my 3 sessions (1 a week for 3 weeks, times and dates- completely flexible). I asked 100 questions and they were happy to answer all of them. I really felt like I finally had someone who could help.
I was completely right.
Ashley visited us 3 times and was careful, informative and just a wonderful man but sadly the flies were still there. I reached out to Diamond Pest control again and Natalie arranged for Derek to visit us. Derek has a wealth of experience and immediately highlighted that we had a leak in our bathroom.
After a gruelling 6 months we are having our bathroom redone and really hope the flies are sorted. Derek has said we can call him back at anytime.
I cannot recommend Diamond Pest Control enough. Thank to all the wonderful team who had helped us.

Derek B was my technical surveyor. He is the kindest person despite his 'macho man' physique. He was communicative, punctual, and patient. He got the job done efficiently and I am forever grateful for him! Thank you, Derek! You are the best and deserve the best.

I am terrified of mice and the Diamond team were amazing. I called first thing in the morning and Maria was super helpful and managed to get someone out to see me on the same day. Derek subsequently arrived in the afternoon and was brilliant. Really reassuring, had everything under control and was able to bear with my anxiety. Thank you so much Diamond team!

Ashley At Diamond pest control. Was excellent and spent a lot of time care and attention in blocking all access points for rodents.

The whole process of contacting Diamond Pest Control over suspected large rodent (yes a rat) under kitchen cupboards through to getting a prompt visit (just a few hours later) on 30 August and a follow up on 6 Sept after what seems to have been a successful clearance was ultra professional, friendly and reassuring. Particular thanks to Maria in the office and Ash who came to deal with the operation!

Dimond is a team that you can say knows what they are doing. I have been using their help for about 24 years .Various problem but always positively resolved. Always on time, nice, communicative and most importantly they are specialists in their field work. Thank you and I recommend it 100%

Derek and Ashley were brilliant from start to finish -- they phoned ahead with a more accurate ETA, were friendly and communicative. Most importantly we haven't had any signs of rodents since their first visit. Thank you!

We had a very bad moth infestation. We phoned Diamond and they gave us all the information we needed on the initial phone call. They made an appointment at a time which suited us and came at the appointed time. Ashley was very considerate and competent. The moths appear to have gone, though it’s too early to know for sure, as the last of the three treatments was only two days ago. However, I feel confident that Diamond will honour the three month guarantee and come back if the moths return during that tme.

We contacted Diamond Pest Control as we have been having a recurring issue with grey squirrels getting into the attic space. We had previously had a very well known pest control service out to the property who failed to solve the issue, and tbh we really weren’t impressed by in general. Diamond were much more thorough, and much more reasonably priced. Along with multiple traps and baits, they also identified the access point which we have now blocked, and gave useful advice about what to do to prevent future issues / what to expect to hear if they were trying to get back in vs actually getting in. Appointments could be booked quickly and easily with no long wait times for visits, and there is a 3 month window in which, if the problem reoccurs, they will come back and fix it. The technicians Derek, Ashley and Eli, were all extremely professional and…for the first time in quite a while there are no noises coming from the attic so thanks guys!

Clear upfront conversation on the phone about what the process would entail and what the price for that process would be. Very friendly, courteous team from the office team, to the senior guys as well as Derek who looked after our job who was excellent. Everything explained, no upsell, did what they said they’d do. I recommend.

Having initially approached a competitor, who was no communicative, far too slow to action and ultimately rude, I was delighted to work with Diamond Pest Control and would have no hesitation in instructing them again!

I was recommended to Diamond pest through a friend to battle my flea issue and they did a fantastic job. Friendly, prompt, really took care of the flat when they did the treatment as well. Karolis did an amazing job, after 2 spray sessions the fleas are gone! I actually had no new bites after the first session already! Very well worth the money for the service and quality of work!
