We bought our engagement ring at the Diamond factory 2 years ago and I am still very happy with it. The quality is amazing, so good that we came back and purchased our wedding bands from them this month. Again, very happy with the quality and service.
You get a free 1:1 consultation with either Luci or Brianna, and they will teach you everything you need to know about diamonds and metals. They will also advice you on the best options for your lifestyle.
We are very happy with our purchases and would recommend the diamond factory to anyone.

Staff very helpful throughout the choosing and guiding of colour. Explained about clarity of diamond. Unfortunately didn't explain that a bezel ring doesn't have the same sparkle as a pronged ring due to gold all round diamond.
