Service was great, delivered on time etc. I bought a tilting ditch bucket, unfortunately it leaked near the ram, instead of contacting Digbits’s it was faster dealing with it myself. It was a manufacturing fault! Other than that perfect!

Good bit of kit but I ordered online where it said delivery 1-3 working days. Phoned to find out where it was after 4 days but still hadn't been sent was told dispatch next day but didn't receive for further 3 working days. Not a major problem but annoying when you've planned work around it. Change the expected delivery time on your website site to 5-7 working days....easy🤷🏽‍♂️

Was delivered ahead of when I expected it. I thought it was made to order, guess they had one in stock.For once planned ahead so have not tried it out.Been waiting for September as I need to tackle the undergrowth and spread hedgerow to get at a ditch. I expect it will perform just as well as my other digbits buckets.

I needed an auger kit for my excavator and of the three suppliers I spoke with, DIGBITS were by far the best. Zac narrowed down the options to those that would work with my excavator and within minutes, I knew what I needed. There were some hiccups with getting the kit to me and on complex projects, I expect there will be issues so I'm keen to use suppliers that help overcome them. Zac was always on hand before and after the sale and was quick to respond with inventive solutions. I went with a 300mm flight and the motor that had the Halo system, with a standalone battery to allow a non-vertical angle to be cut. It's an impressive combination of kit and I ended up with nice, neat holes 1.2m deep in dense clay. Considering I'd never done this before, the results can only be down to the kit. Thank you to DIGBITS and Zac. I can recommend DIGBITS, their components and the Halo system thoroughly.
