Fantastic service and value. V simple, great comms. What's not to like. Thanks

I made a mistake and they corrected my order immediately, very helpful

I just purchased Office 365. Had some issues removing the old version in order to install the new one. So, I contacted the seller, vis live chat. He stayed with me the entire time, until the issues on my side were resolved, and the purchased version installed. I have not had this excellent service anywhere else. They will provide support to you, anytime of the day. It's a pity that there are only 5 stars to be awarded.

I had a problem with an Office 2021 Installation key which I had previously purchased and emailed support after normal working hours to try to resolve the issue. Within minutes I was happy to receive a replacement key which worked OK.
Couldn't have been more helpful and prompt

The download link to the software that I bought was delivered exactly as advertised.
I then had a problem running the install and emailed to asked for assistance and was given the advice within half an hour which solved my problem and the software is up and running correctly.

I just purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 from these guys. Everything arrived within 5 minutes. I installed it all and tested it within 20 mins. Absolutely superb just like they said it would be. Its hard to trust people online but these guys you certainly can. Excellent

It is wonderful to have previous versions of MS Office for download that allow to use older files that cannot now be accessed with newer versions of MS Office. And the price is right (£20-30).

Decided to update my old Office version, but didn’t want to pay a 365 subscription. Upgraded to Office 2021 from digital-zones. All relatively straightforward. A couple of queries along the way that were answered quickly by them.
Genuine Microsoft product.
Would definitely use again.

As someone who knows very little about tech I was unsure of how to install the software once i had purchased but the person on the other end of the 'chat' was excellent! very patient and understanding and waited while i carried out each step to ensure all was working as it should be - would definitely recommend them!

I purchased Office 21 Pro Plus.
I had difficulty installing it but I used the chat and was helped through by a very patient person.
Brilliant service.
I would recommend very highly.

I faced the task of downloading a 4.5GB file to install Office 2021, and I'm not a Windows user. The web agent was really helpful at a couple of crucial points, and it was real moral support knowing they would be there until 11 pm if I needed more help.

very helpful customer service thank you

Fantastic service, really pleased with their service.

Brilliant company

Support was great, and prices are also great. I highly recommend

Fantastic Service and excellent communication and help. The Team was very helpful from the start and guided me through every step. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks for all your help guys.

I ordered a Microsoft Office license and immediately received an email from support with detailed steps for the installation and activation. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the support agent followed up with an email to enquire if everything went well. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Fast and Efficient support - happy

Excellent service. Emails received promptly after purchase and Support were very helpful in taking care of any issues I encountered. Will definitely buy from Digital Zones again.
