Do not buy from this service. I purchased a 1-month shared Perplexity PRO plan, but it has been nearly 24 hours and they have not sent any product or account details. When I tried to log in and requested an OTP, I was completely ignored. It has now been over 18 hours with zero response and no OTP. They take your money instantly but offer absolutely no delivery and no customer support. Avoid this website at all costs. I want my money back immediately.

Bought ChatGPT Plus from them and it’s worse than the free version. Every time I sent an image, I got a “suspicious activity detected” disclaimer and file sharing was blocked. Creating new chats didn't help as file sending gets capped similarly after sending a single file in new threads. Even after waiting for hours before it apparently resolved, sending just one screenshot triggered the same issue again. I don't know about the personal version but the shared 1-month version is just good-for-nothing, especially if you want to use it for studying since you can’t send files for explanations or problem-solving.
Support kept saying it would “resolve automatically,” but it never did, and they refused a refund as it went against their terms but conveniently violated other things like prompt response/assistance and whatnot they claimed about their service. Complete waste of time and money.
