Thanks Tom, this is really good to hear. Saving time on-site is exactly what we built it for, so knowing it felt intuitive from the first go means a lot. If there is anything you would like it to do that it does not yet, the contact form on the site comes straight to us.

Thank you. The finished report is the part your client actually sees, so that is where most of our attention goes. Really pleased it is coming out clear and professional for you, and thank you for the recommendation.

Thanks Jazzy. The step by step order follows the way an inspection is actually walked, from the road and the front elevation through to the rooms and then outside the back, so nothing gets missed while you are moving. Glad it is saving you time.

Thanks Harjit, and glad it was simple on the first visit. That was the aim: something you can pick up on site without reading a manual first. Enjoy using it.

Thank you. Bringing the photographs and floor plans straight in from the listing saves a lot of typing before you have even arrived, and the report keeps it concise for whoever has to read it. Really pleased it is working well for you.

Thanks Karam. Less messing around is the whole point: record the detail once, on site, and let the report put itself together afterwards. Thank you for the recommendation.

Thank you. The guides were written for buyers and landlords who want the detail without the jargon, so it is good to know they are useful. Glad you like it.

Thanks Josh, that is a lovely thing to say. It has been built with inspectors telling us what was missing, and that feedback is what keeps shaping it. Thank you for recommending it.

Thanks so much for the brilliant review, Paul. It’s great to hear that Digital Property Inspector saved you around 90 minutes per inspection and helped make the whole process more efficient from the moment you arrived at the property through to sharing the finished report with your JV partners.

This is exactly what we built the app to do - make property inspections quicker, simpler and easier to act on. Really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
