I received my order really quickly . The item I received was exactly the same as what I ordered.

It was indeed my ordered... Now it's time to charge the battery and see how it works.

Delivery time was a bit long, but acceptable, Overall, I'm happy with the price.

The package arrived quickly, the product was exactly as pictured, and the description was very accurate. Their customer service was also very friendly. I initially wanted to return it, and they immediately gave me a return label, but I later realized I had made a mistake. So I contacted customer service for assistance, and they were very professional and responded promptly, so I cancelled the return. I will definitely shop here again in the future, thank you!

I've been searching for Sonoff S55 outdoor sockets and was disappointed that they aren't sold anymore. then i foud this Digital Zakka offering them. I've immediately ordered 2 of them just to see on delivery that they sockets have nothing to do with sonoff, it's just some cheap brand that works with tuya (different chip, different circuit board, different app). Yet when i've contacted them i was told that it's a product of the same factory just without the sonoff printing and if i don't want them i could send them back to a address in Germany. Since there was nothing mentioned about the seller covering the shipping costs i assume that would be up to me and it would pretty much cost as much as the goods themselves. Long sotry short, don't shop there if you don't want to get fake goods.
Since i wrote this review i can confirm that i've recieved a full refund, thank you for that.
I took the time and contacted Sonoff directly to celrify your calim that it's a sonoff product just without a logo. The answer from Sonoff is: "All SONOFF products are compatible with our official app, eWelink. If you are unable to pair the device with our app, it is not one of our products."
So please stop telling people that it is a sonoff product when it clearly isn't.

Good pricing and good product. As for now I am happy with their product that I bought from them.

Slow shipping, literally seeming to come over on “the slow boat from China.”

After 3 weeks, the item was misdelivered to the wrong address. Amateur hour experience.

I received the product and worked ok. I would have higher rating if I got the tracking before I got the product!!!

Great personal service. Horrible shipping service. I live in California. My shipment was sent to someone in New Jersey…twice! After 3 months I’m still waiting.

Great product , shipping did take a couple weeks that's the only down side.

I was a little concerned about the
Security issues. I would have liked to have known about them before. I purchased a product instead of after. It would've been nice to know that there is going to be a hold rather than finding.Out about it on the back door

Scammy website and service. They accept cumulative coupons, then flag your order as dangerous and do not ship the product. I did receive a refund, but the service does not respond to further questions, such as if whether they do accept any coupon, or if I am looking at another waste of time and useless data sharing. Look elsewhere.

I ordered two remote controls and I’ve only used one so far, but it’s working great!!!!
