I have had a great experience with the staff at diib. I appreciate how Savannah starts each email with a kind greeting but most importantly she does what she says she is going to do and then often she will do more than I expected. She goes the extra mile. Daniel has also been very thorough and takes the time to explain the tech behind his strategies in a way that I can understand.

There are many trends that are difficult to control in such an innovative field of marketing and promotion of IT products.

I don't know how I have not been able to find these services in the past.

Steer clear of these con artists. They sell you back links built with in a package of high Authority domains and literally with in 2 days of leaving them they reduce the domains to very low authority’s scores which range the pages they were working.

I’m currently putting together a court order and taking these people to court. It’s scandalous what they are doing with the business plan they are conning people with.

Stay as far away as you can from these companies.

The portal and information on the free / basic service seems quite good but, do not pay for their services. I purchased a $1000.00 per month SEO plan with them with a view to getting good quality links to my content.

They say they take care of everything, its a joke. They failed to follow clear advice (if it wasn't clear, they didn't ask questions), then never confirmed where the links were put. Second month renewed, again almost no correspondence. The website shows that My services are pending. It is an immensely poor service. Contacted them for support / updates, nothing. Complete (and I mean complete) rip-off. Pay for services at your own risk, for me, it comes across as a scam.

I am so disappointed, the portal provides such a slick and professional looking interface. Admittedly, the stats don't always stack up but the notifications and pointers are useful. This should have been a partnership for years but, scratch below the surface and it's a cruddy support setup. Paid for services run on an outdated Zend desk, unbelievable. So, refund requested as they do not do as they advertise they will, their delivery of service is nowhere near that sold.
