Went back on agreement, would not recommend
I hired Jim DiPasquale to complete work on a project that I am working on. His quote was significantly higher than any other offer I got but I went with him because I thought I could trust him with my project.
His communications with me were delayed and sporadic. He delivered late on the project.
He delivered the calculations that I requested and I asked if it was ok to ask a few questions here and there to make sense of the calculations he provided. Without which his work would have been worthless. I offered more money if needed.
He agreed and I released funds. From there his communications became very delayed. He promised a number of times to get back to me, coming up with excuses each time. Eventually he stopped replying altogether and when I ask for a partial refund he blocked me.
I would not recommend working with Jim or his company. He is dishonest and went back on his word of provided support after he got my money.
