Hi this s kamini, I started baking for my son n hubby as they r crazy lover of pastry n brownie, my family loved the cake i baked after my 1st session.
my hubby s pure vegetarian so i need to bake eggless cake. as a caring mom n wife i wanna my family a healthy n good quality cakes, so i decided to bake my cakes in wheat, i never baked cakes with egg. So it's challenging for me to bake a eggless cakes very softly that too in wheat base, i started baking with lil knowledge where saw some recepie in YouTube videos.
so i started researching in many channels where can i get the rite guidence like wise i saw Dipti mam's post in fb n texted for the details, then joined the session, i should say really her teaching s amazing, she s clearing each n every doubts patiently, she shared her business secret recepie with us, i should say that it was really really amazing, have never baked such a spongy eggless cake ever, baked this recepie on day 1 session.
And the 2nd day she gave a detailed review of each n every students cake, I had a doubt in temperature settings she cleared it very well. Thanks a ton Dipti mam, it 's really worth it. Awaiting to join ur upcoming advance sessions

It is a wonderful experience to be a part of these sessions. On the first day only, i have baked fluffy and tasty cake which was liked by all my family members . I remember when I baked a first time it came out hard and little salty before joining our 3 days workshop I have baked for 8 to 10 times only with egg after few attempts cake came good but there is something left ,now when I have baked with curd and followed your step by step tips and trips and followed your every instructions my cake come out awesome not to impress you but it was the truth you can see that even in indolium kadai it turned out very sponge and tastes super good.

Really after attending your three days masterclass, I have got a perfect guidelines to do a proper venilla sponge cake. The measurement and techniques have helped me a lot to remember in my rest of my life mam ,Thank you so much mam.

Yes off course I have tried the recipe mam till yesterday I have thought that only with OTG or microwave I can bake a perfect cake but it have all came to an end because now from your guidance even in my kadai I can bake a perfect cake with proper measurements and temperature setup.

I will say you guys that our Dipti mam has tought us her signature cake and how to use otg, microwave,kadai and cooker.And her patience for reviewing each and everyone's cake is awesome.Thank you so much for Dipti mam for this wonderful 3 days live classes. Hi this is Lakshmi and i enrolled for 3 days basic course from 22nd to 24th feb with Dipti academy and after the first day program i prepared a vanilla cake with chocolate icing which was reviewed by Dipti mam and was happy that cake came out well where my whole family liked it and previously when I made cakes there would be small breakages on the top or else it would be little hard but after joining with Dipti mam and as a student I was confident and used all the tips and tricks which she told in the class.
I was happy as she reviewed all our cakes in 2nd day session.
Tomorrow lot more to learn from her.

Before to this class,I was facing issue while baking in oven and texture of the cake. This issue resolved after attending the workshop and tried the receipee given by Dipti. She has reviewed my cake and given her feedback which was helpful to overcome the issues.
Dipti is a good mentor. She explained the things in simple language and with simple techniques. I am very happy with this workshop. It's absolutely value for money. Thanks a lot Dipti..

- As a beginner what was the problem you faced in baking at Home
My self trials always uaed to fail,because if incorrect measurements or mixing method. It was either over baked or under baked. At one point in time felt this thing is not for me

- How this Baking Workshop helped you get the technique right?
The workshop is really an eye opener on the mistakes i was doing all the time. Though my first trial after workshop has come as sunken cake , the overall experience and taste, texture was all awesome. Improved my techniques of baking.

- Did you try the recipes and how was the result?
I did and it has come out well, my family loved it and finished it in one go. I am overwhelmed with their expressions and immediate ask from family is,no cakes from outside going forward. You made my day 😀

- What do you want to say to people about Dipti and her method of teaching and joining Home Baking Masterclass?
Dipti's teaching is rightway, as we always can get tons of videos, but dipti helped us doing in right way, with dos and don'ts , the reviewing and suggesting corrections, its really cool way of doing it and it also enhances the learner experience as well. Sharing the knowledge of baking in multiple equipments, its really awesome and i would definitely suggest these to all

It is a opportunity to get a chance to learn from you Dipti ma'am. Before I go through this workshop, the result of baking a cake is sometimes good or sometimes very bad. But I learn a lot about baking from you. I baked a cake after 1st day of workshop but it was burned. It may be because of my microwave convection. So as you boost me to do the same in kadai, I also upload it and waiting for your review.

First of all thank you so much for teaching the baking. For me baking is a passion and you helped me a lot to keep me going higher places. Unfortunately I was not able to attend the classes on 8th and 9th Feb, but seeing your recipe I did the cake and it turned out very well and everybody likes and loved it. As a beginner, i struggled in understanding the basics of baking. Through this workshop, i got a detailed understanding of what is the role of baking powder/ soda and how it works in getting a beautiful cake. I tried vanilla cake from Dipti’s recipe and cake came out as one of the best cakes baked by me. Dipti provides a detailed view of how each element in cake works and what all things we should keep in mind while baking a cake. She also reviewed all the cakes posted with patience and answered all the queries of the participants.

Class is good. In my personal view, I am cooking cake for the first time and i have been guided in right direction. The cake i baked is very nice on comparison with the first timers and my kids really enjoyed it. Thanks Dipti for pointing me to the right direction.

I love cooking and baking. I have been doing home baking as a hobby but without systematic training and proper guidance. In Dipti Ma'am's Home Baking Masterclass, I received scientific and step by step technique to achieve great results in baking. I knew few things about baking and had overcome some issues by trial and error method whereas in the workshop I got to know the reasons behind the issues or baking results, proper scientific analysis and the actions to be taken accordingly to get good results in baking. Also, came to know various tools in baking and their utility. I tried the recipes given in the workshop and the result was very good.
I loved everything about the Home Baking Masterclass - being particular about the time, wonderful presentations- pleasant, attractive and making it easy to understand, tasks in a play way method, answering all the queries, reviewing all the cakes, giving guidance positively, uplifting the moral of the participants. Dipti Ma'am has a very pleasant and positive personality. She builds a good rapport with the participants and guides them willingly and positively.
