Hello,

I am very disappointed with this delivery attempt.

As clearly stated in the delivery instructions, I requested a phone call 1 hour before delivery. No one called me and no text message was sent.

I was available and would have attended the address immediately if the driver had followed the instructions.

Therefore, I do not accept the reason "Recipient Not Around" because the requested phone call was never made.

Please arrange a redelivery as soon as possible and confirm when this will take place.

A great service. Direct Plastics offered the best price for the small quantity of soffits I required. Ordering was straightforward. I realised after ordering that I didn't need as much as I thought and contacted Direct Plastics. It was no problem to reduce the order and get a refund. Delivery was excellent, driver very helpful and the quality of the soffits could not be faulted. Very glad to have gone to Direct Plastics for my soffits.

My order was made up of two parts adding up to over £1000, the delivery came a day late and missing the second part of the order. There were 6 rubber seals missing from running outlets so we couldn’t use them either.
I received a new delivery date for the second part of the order and missing seals, I rang Camberley depot the day before to confirm my order was coming, yes they said…. the driver came out with the 6 rubber seals but still missing part 2 of the delivery! In the end we drove to depot and picked it up having completely lost confidence in the Camberley depot.
We have lost money on this job because of incompetence and we didn’t get so much as an apology, they couldn’t have cared less.

Great prices, reliable delivery service what more can I say except I will be using again in the future

I ordered guttering, suffixes and facias for my bungalow, top quality products, much cheaper than anywhere else, and everything arrived on the date I asked for.
The delivery driver was extremely helpful too.
I discovered that one item was wrong, but after a quick phone call within 2 hours the correct item was delivered.
It's all up and it looks great, and I would recommend Direct Plastics to everyone.

Delivery terrible. They ask you to choose a delivery date, you stay in expecting delivery on that date as you have heard nothing to the contrary and nothing arrives! A whole day at home waiting for nothing!
When I chased up they then said delivery would be the next day. No apology or explanation….
Products did arrive and happy with these but wouldn’t use again. If I pay for delivery I expect some update if the delivery date is changed.

Good prices, however selected 1st May Delivery as needed it for a project over bank holiday weekend, called on the 1st as it had not arrived by lunchtime to be told delivery was scheduled for the following week, asked for a call back from a manager to see what options were - not call back received. Not yet able to comment on quality of product as they have not arrived but have been sent multiple emails to sign up to their social media pages, newsletters and chased to review.

Top performance from Direct Plastics. I placed my order on a cost basis, but I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service who manged my request to try and expedite the delivery so I could make use of the Bank Holiday weekend to complete my project. They contacted the local supplier and they managed to get it into their schedule, a top performance from both parties. Would not hesitate to use your company again in the future.

It's no wonder this company has been the top of It's tree since 2003, they are an excellent local firm offering good quality products at really sensible prices along with prompt deliveries and friendly staff, I would recommend them to anyone.

Easy to use website, goods delivered before expected which was perfect timing for the job. Very polite delivery driver

This company had failed to deliver my order on its due date twice. The order was placed a week in advance. It gave “estimated “ dates but no tracking information was available so I had to remain on site on both days, not knowing when or if the order would show up. In the real world customers expect such dates to be met or, in the event of issues, that they will be given an explanation as to what the issue is and a firm revised date. Their website (which had been slow or completely down over previous last few days) still gave the order status as “processing “ which did not bode well.

Here’s an update; sometimes a supplier can change one’s view when they make genuine efforts to try and solve the customer’s problem and that’s what happened yesterday. Most of my order was delivered yesterday and the remainder today. I think the problem was a combination of high demand due to good weather, computer systems problems, some parts not being in stock and because the building industry doesn’t seem to have the sophisticated integrated stock control and tracking which is now expected with consumer products.
Many thanks to the sales team, the delivery depot manager and the delivery driver who were all very helpful and customer-focused.

I rarely leave reviews, but this has been a genuinely awful experience.

I ordered materials with a confirmed delivery date, only for it not to turn up. Since then, I’ve been told multiple times that the order is “out for delivery”, and each time, nothing arrives.

As a result, I’ve now wasted 2.5 days of annual leave sitting at home waiting for a delivery that never comes.

Communication has been poor throughout. No proactive updates, no clear explanation, and no accountability; just repeated vague assurances that don’t materialise into anything.

At this point, I have no confidence in the delivery information being provided. “Out for delivery” clearly doesn’t mean what it should.

If you value your time, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering. This has been frustrating, inconvenient, and entirely avoidable with proper communication and basic reliability.

I’m still waiting for a clear answer on where my order actually is and when it will be delivered

Very easy to order. Good range of products. Competitive prices. Delivery person used their initiative to leave goods in a sensible place.

Rang about expected delivery was told not in stock (ordered nearly two weeks ago) and given a delivery date of today 16/04/2026 the reason for ringing them up!
When told not in stock and do not know when will be…. Asked for refund and cancel order.
Then advisor said he doesn’t like my tone and really revved up on me as if it was my fault.
Asked to speak to a supervisor but he hung up on me.
If he was one of my employees I personally would sacked him on the spot!
Have call records of exactly how he spoke to me and will not be using this company ever again nor recommending them.
Will keep you updated on when I receive my refund.
