They Give No Refunds, Go Elsewhere
I bought a tower from them which arrived with a worthless cord which connected to nothing and after I paid $86 to return it they would only refund part of my money; did I say refund, THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS THEY RIP YOU OFF BY GIVING YOU CREDIT FOR THEIR SITE WHICH IS ONLY 2/3 OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I bought a used laptop from them as a back up one, never really had to use it but from the time I started to I have had problems with. After a few minutes it did the blue screen of death and said LOCKED on it had no clue what it meant, but WATCH DOG ERROR comes to mind. I kept on trying to read the screen before it would turn off. finally i was able to it said battery was low. It was plugged it. Not even running off the battery. And the battery always said full. I had to remove the battery to get it to work. So I have no battery in it. And more I us it more I have problems with only been using it for a few weeks and I have all kinds of software issues. What a pile of poo. Waist of money.
How is a fake review 4/3/2024 this is a active account and the junk you sold me is just that. I finally figured out the battery was and is defective. As long as I remove the battery and just run it plugged into power it works. I still do not use it much because my old computer works better. You cannot except someone telling the truth about the crap you sell so call it a fake account and that I closed it. And that I am a competitor you are sad little man. Just do not sell junk

This is a fake review by a competitor who (as you can see) opened a new account just to leave us a fake review. Trustpilot will not assist us unless we agree to pay them a monthly fee.
This is why Trustpilot is not a reliable source of reviews. If you want real customer reviews of any business, check Google. Google doesn't charge small businesses for reviews.
Do not buy here
Do not buy here. I bought a pc, no windows key came with it. Then it took all day to get them to send one once I was able to contact them. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

So far I am very pleased with them
So far I am very pleased with them. . The initial shipping time was super fast. When there was an issue they were happy to fix it. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I am likely to purchase another pc from them in the near future. Am waiting for my replacement computer to arrive now.
I will update to 5 stars once I have it back. Or downgrade to one if there are any problems.
