GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT DO ZERO. PLACED ORDER AND NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. EMAILED THEM EVERYDAY FOR TWO WEEKS. THEY KEPT INSISTING I RECEIVED THE ITEM FROM THE LOCAL POST OFFICE AND SINGED FOR IT . WHEN I ASK FOR PROOF THEY JUST STATED YOU GOT. I REPORTED THEY TO THE CRIMINAL DIVISION OF THE PO. AS WELL AS THE FTC

Don't buy because it's a scam. The notice was received and delivered but absolutely not and made contact with the delivery company but there was no information about the company.

Ordered large box $63.98 Dec 4, 2024... still waiting.

Was dreading the process of recovery/dispute with my credit card company. Guess I have no choice.

I wouldn't had given them a 1 star horrible you can find better stuff at the dollar store I pay 109.00 regretting every day

I ordered an item from this company and their tracking says it was delivered. There is nothing on my porch from this company. They fail to respond to emails. This company is just one big Chinese scam!

Don't even bother buying from Discount headquarters save your money. I waited 4 months to get my $99.98 mystery box and it was just stuff, that I could get in a dollar store dumpster. Even got a 2023 planner. IT was all trash that no one wants. Learned my less to never buy this trash again.

I didn't get one of the two boxes I paid for. The box I did get came after about 4 months of waiting. When the one box came, it had been resealed and had two places that had been taped due to damage. Opening the box only produced what appeared to be items that were basically cheap pieces of crap that the stores probably couldn't sell. There was no way they were worth $50 at all. Probably closer to $7-$10. Don't waste your money.

Discount headquarters, Walmart, target Amazon, it says& paid in January 29th 2025 $68,69 for a large box yet in February I check they were paid in full and yet it said it isn’t shipped yet now it’s March 24th and I still have received nothing! Tried to get a hold of someone & can’t and they FAKE I am so disappointed I was looking forward to it and Nothing! DO NOT BUY!!

took over 3 weeks, emails and phone calls to finally get the box which was full of garbage - games with missing pieces, napkins, fake eyelashes and a ball of yarn. WHAT A JOKE. TOTAL SCAM missing a piece that I actually ordered - I will probably never see it! I was stupid for doing this!!!!

Do not fall for this scam! I did. I ordered a large (24+ item) box. It took over 3 weeks, and numerous complaints, just to create a shipping label. Another week to actually ship it. Over a month to receive the package. When I opened it, it was all dollar store, and similar stores like big lots, items. I can confirm this because many still had the original tags on it with prices. $1, $2.50, etc. I also received opened, used items, like halloween teeth (disgusting). All in all, I could have purchased every item in this box, at the store, for under $75, and that's a high estimate.

My items absolutely sucked. And some of the items weren't new.

Ordered January 4th,2025 it is now February 23,2025. Haven't heard anything from them, have reported to BBB still nothing. So I'm assuming I learned a lesson never order from Discount Headquarters.
My granddaughter is sad she wanted to see what we got,nothing.

Terrible. Omg! Took 3 weeks to get one mystery box. I was gonna order a $1400 tool pallet but figured I’d try a mystery box just to test. ?? Terrible. If I was a paraplegic I would take it outside and burn the whole box. I have a video. Not one thing I could re sale. Used pair of shoes used little $2 stuff animals. A book. A used mop. Just the worst. I wish I could download the video. I will put it on their fb page. I’m sure they will remove it

Time would be ok if these people would respond and let the customer know about delays etc. BUT THEY DONT! No email, no phone call, not even am F you we got your money! Stay clear, go elsewhere.

I wish I would have read reviews before I bought from them. I purchased one of the mystery boxes. Like others have said, not at all worth the money. I did get my box, but it was not at all worth what I paid.
It had one good thing and the rest was junk. I mean, a hair tie, a small bag of shredded paper and some other junk I couldn't even identify. When I called to complain, I was told they would send me another box, but I don't and didn't believe it when they told me that nonsense. Now trying to call them a week later, I get a message saying call limit has been reached and the phone is hung up. If you are looking to purchase returns, do not purchase from these ripoff artists.

Order back in November 2024. After 3 weeks received small box with a few items, rusted, opened, missing pieces, animal hair inside them. My other 2 boxes were waiting to be picked up by carrier. Last week of January, called AGAIN and requested a refund. 4 days later, another box finally arrived. Same shiz, bigger box. Now they won't answer their phone.... even tho I was told my refund was approved. Still haven't seen my money returned. These people are THIEVES!!!

Never buy anything from these people they will not answer the phone they will not deal with you. Pay them $100 over a month ago have not heard anything from them have not received my packages never buy anything from these people whether it be mystery boxes shampoo anything you will be sorry

This was a complete waste of money and time. I ordered a reseller box for 198 and after roughly 3 weeks I was sent a small box with random items that were worth nothing. There were no clothing items as the reseller box said it consist of. When I tried to contact the customer service about the wrong items, they never responded. After the fourth email over the course of five weeks someone responded saying my issue was being reviewed by management. Another month has passed, and I have still not received a resolution or response. I also ordered two mystery boxes the same day and it still says processing after two months. I also tried calling and was on hold for so long I just hang up. I have also inquired about the status of these boxes the last two months and have received no response. I have contacted my bank for a refund since no one at this company seems to have any answers. I do not recommend and there are much better resale mystery boxes out there.
