This company has vast selection of hydraulic components. Customer service was great in past experiences. Turn around time from placement of order is very good. 3rd party shipping companies can be a struggle at times. It would be nicer if there were flat rate shipping options or discounts on larger orders. But overall DHH can’t be beat I like doing business with them.

Very prompt, accurate service. I ordered the fittings on Friday and received them on Monday. The timing was perfect. I received exactly what I had ordered.

Correct parts. Timely delivery.

I needed a small quantity of several different fittings, mostly inverted flare & some NPT. Hard to find a vendor who has these specific fittings, Discount hydraulic hose had the ones I was looking for, so I didn’t have to order from two or three vendors, and pay shipping for each one. Good selection of fittings, and reasonable prices (including shipping).

I called with a question on hydraulic couplers and I was connected to Blake at ext 205. He helped me with the fittings I needed and placed a order for me on the phone. He was very helpful. The order was placed on Wednesday afternoon and I received it on Saturday morning from Fedx. Great service and very happy with this experience. Will order again when I need anything.

Ordered the wrongs parts, partially because of an online catalog error and partially because I wasn't paying attention. Discount Hydraulic Hose gave me a credit which more than covered the cost of the re-ordered correct parts along with the shipping. Still have a couple bucks on credit for the next order! (And I might someday be able to use the "wrong" parts!)

Had one of the items I ordered missing, trying to get anyone to answer the phone was next to impossible your auto phone answering system is terrible the only to get someone to answer was by pushing the "0" key. The person I did talk to was very helpful and Issue should be resolved

Shipped wrong size fittings. Double checked and the fitting size is definitely not what's on the packing slip. Will cost me to much to and too big of a hassle send back... UPDATE .!!!! I got a phone call today out of the blue from discounthydraulichose.com and a very concerned representative insisted on making things right for me. He gave me a full refund for the wrong size fittings I received completely hassle free, and explained customer satisfaction is their priority!!!!! WOW.!!! Talk about being shocked!!! Where can you get customer service like that these days?? Everything I needed in stock, good price, easy ordering, quick delivery, and outstanding customer service. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I heard Blake is moving on and starting a new chapter in his life. I hope I am still able to give 5 star reviews once he leaves. He was obviously an asset to the company. I am hopeful he is being recognized for his contributions and that his severance package allows him a smooth transition to his new career.
