After searching for ages, I finally found the exact replacement parts on the Mobility Spares (Discount Spares) Website for my old attendant manual wheelchair. I needed to source 2 new tyres and inner tubes. Their website was very straightforward and I ordered and paid for the items. However, when I checked my email I realized I had forgotten to order the inner tubes. So, I rang Mobility Spares and spoke to a gentleman there who checked my original order. We agreed on the parts I had missed and I ordered and paid for them separately. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and without any hassle added the 2 inner tubes to my original order - without increasing the original delivery charge. The whole order was delivered 24 hours later by my postman. – well desered of 5 stars+ . I am very happy, the parts fitted perfectly.

I sent an email enquiry last Saturday,bank holiday weekend asking for availability and a price for a part for my Colt scooter.
Less that 1 hour later I got a reply with a link to the part and showing costs
I also sent a similar request to. 2 other scooter parts suppliers
I ordered the part and paid for next working day delivery
The owner rang me to point out they part would not be with me until Wednesday as it was bank holiday Monday, just making sure I wasn’t expecting it sooner
The part arrived as promised on Wednesday,today .
It has been fitted and working fine.
I have yet to hear any response from the other2 suppliers.
I have placed an order for another parts today
Highly reccomend this company they not only do what they say they will do , but go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction .

I can’t praise this company enough. Following a horrendous experience with another mobility spares company I tried this one. I called to check they had the tyre & inner tube I needed and was dealt with by a really lovely gentleman not only did he physically check the stock but posted my items immediately after I completed the online order. AND items arrived today, the day after I ordered them. Honestly this is customer service the way it should be. I wish there were more people and companies like this one. Thank you so much.

I ordered a BattBoost device from them last year, and that order was super smooth and painless.

But what really makes them stand out is that just yesterday I had an incident where some teenagers blocking my path caused my power chair to hit a metal railing, and the discharge cable got absolutely obliterated.

Bought 1 fuse..ended up costing 17.95...thought I had to get special fuse 2 fit the scooter...turns out you could buy exactly the same fuse on ebay for 75% less!.... feeling ripped off...check b4 u buy!
