Discover Books was launched based on the fundamental belief that used books have value and should never go to waste. Prior to our founding, many of our staff worked in the thrift industry where we saw millions of books being sent to landfills each year. With each discarded book, we thought of the imagination, magic, and knowledge lost forever to a garbage heap and we endeavored to find a better way. We think books should achieve their greatest possible purpose: Whether purchased by another reader, donated to help a child acquire the lifelong skill of literacy, or recycled as a new product, it has a story to tell. Disappointed loyal customer
I have ordered several books and this is the first time I found the book condition to be unsatisfactory. It smelled of mildew and numerous pages were dog eared. The cover was badly warped as well. I was very disappointed.
UPDATE! Discover Books saw my review, contacted me that day, refunded my cost and sent me another book at no charge. All of this and a heartfelt apology. I will continue to be a loyal customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I only got 1 outta the 4 books I…
(edit; I got all my order and everyone has been cool since. Went from 1 to 3 stars.)I only got 1 outta the 4 books I ordered. And i got trash library books instead. When I emailed customer service they were ok. After a week I emailed them again and they said they didn't resend my order because I never said to. Which I did. I got a refund on one and another book came 8m a month later. With a 1$ sticker on it while I paid 7.99. so I never got half my order and had terrible customer service. Don't use this company

Happy First Time Customer
I just wanted to say I was kind of skeptical at first because of how cheap the hard copy books were but after the first shipment I was very happy. The books I received were in almost new condition and even had the covers on them. Also love the free shipping for orders over $12. Thank you Discover Books

Regret my purchase !
I know you can get books at a low price but shouldn’t the condition of the book be considered when a seller is sending a purchased book to someone! Very unsatisfactory. My book when listed was marked as GOOD ! When I got the book it’s cover and back was sticky with a film all over it 😠 and the pages are yellow . I was a first time buyer because my friend had told me about this website. I regret my purchase won’t read the book because of the nasty feel of it !!!
