Royal mail saying we're expecting it for days
No reply even when I email and the live chat doesn’t work
Do not order from them
And all reviews on their website has to be approved by the owner so nothing is legit

Ordered in august....never got the order....chased it up....no reply.....sent me a email saying they had issues but all now sorted and will get order.....STILL NOTHING....The insult 3 months later is they still sending me emails with special offers....SCAMMERS...AVOID....DONT WASTE YOUR £65 LIKE I HAVE

Don't use they will scam you
But do share the bank payment details when you part place and order, just don't pay! Share the bank details with your bank and get them blocked .

Do not send any money to these rip off merchants . Used to be legit but now just take your money and blank you . Don't judge them by there older reviews . They are now just stealing off everyone . Nothing will be sent to you they will just rip you off. Just to be clear I used the for a long time with no problems but now they don't send you anything just rip you off .... Read all the new reviews they tell the truth... Scam .. rip off.

Money taken and six weeks later, still nothing received. No notice of dispatch, no replies to emailed enquiries or chat function and probably time to admit I’ve been scammed.

I'd give them zero stars but for some reason this isn't an option.
They've had my money since October 7 and all I got was a tracking number which is of no use because the package didn't even get to The Royal Mail.
Just about £46 down the drain.

As with many others, having used their services for several years hassle-free, it would appear that in the past couple of months, the original business has folded and an imposter has replicated the site and is simply taking folk for everything they can. Plenty of other reputable companies out there offering simar produce. You live and learn. I mean, who'd have thought that purchasing illegal produce on the web might be fraught with risk. Oh, hang on...

Liars and it’s a con. Bought 2 months ago and still not received and they are still offering discount. Don’t trust them as they will take your money and run. Karma will come to you assholes!!!!!!!

They’re back & up to the same old tricks they were in July. They will basically get you to order & pay upfront then disappear with you money or crypto.

Used a couple of times and worked out great but then all gone to pot, pardon the pun. No response to emails sent. Doesn’t even look like the item got handed to Royal Mail and I ordered two weeks ago. They are massive scammers and they also have the audacity to keep sending out “Sale” emails after they’ve taken your money. Do not use. They will take your money and give you NOTHING.

I've lost over £100 on my last two orders. Started using them years ago with no problems. But since Aug 2025 they've turned into a scam. Still waiting for two refunds which are not gonna happen.

One star is too much. Their service was ok albeit very over priced in my opinion but they can good on their word. However that has all changed are you are very very unlikely to get anything delivered or get a response from someone. They keep sending out ‘sale’ emails and discounted products without delivering. They’ve lost all integrity and are now just basically stealing peoples money. You’ve been warned

They have now sent emails promising that they will fulfill previous orders but then ignoring the emails. At the same time, they are offering "discounts" of 30% and emailing thier customers ensuring that orders will be fulfilled. They are taking money, sending an email through Royal Mail to say that the item has been sent but the tracking on RM says that they are still waiting for the items to be sent. They are complete and utter fraudsters and you will not get sent anything if you make an order. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!

Places an order about a month ago with 48h shipping and have been given dead tracking links automatically. When I’ve tried multiple times to contact their customer service and contact emails, I have not received even a word back in a month, No way to contact them, discuss, get any information or request and refunds.
Most likely a scam.

Scammers. Like the other reviews say. They used to send, all be it very slowly. I’m now waiting for a purchase from last Thursday, heard nothing back. Please don’t waste your money.
