Response to email good and ordering prescriptions straight forward.
Hayley is an outstanding clinician.
I was less impressed with the psychiatrist we saw at the beginning and Lawrence really did not enjoy talking with him. He did not involve lawrence in the discussions. He’s a report was brief and Inaccurate in places. We felt he had not thoroughly listened to us.

From the initial free consultation and throughout the whole process, every member of staff i came across were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple for myself and my daughter. Although we were seeking a private diagnosis, the focus was on doing what was best for my daughter and not the clinic "money grabbing" like the common perception of private practice. This was a big deal for my daughter at age 10 but she actually came out of her appointments feeling happy! Could not recommend Diverse Diagnostics enough!

Deianira was very helpful when I had questions about the process and forms. It’s been a helpful experience overall selecting the relevant option to go for and understanding what’s involved.

I’ve had my last two medication review appointments with Pete Downer and they’ve been really helpful. As someone who really understands ADHD from personal experience, his advice feels very relatable and easy to apply. I thought I was stuck with the side effects of my medications, but it’s been reassuring to learn there are ways to manage things better when someone genuinely wants to help. I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend him.

Diverse Diagnostics supported my daughter right up until her ongoing care was transferred to the NHS, and throughout the whole process we found them excellent.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional, and they were always very responsive to any email queries we had. The appointment system worked smoothly, and it was reassuring to see the thorough checks and assessments carried out before medication was commenced, which demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and care.

The staff at Diverse Diagnostics are so helpful and accommodating. They really do make the process very seamless. Definitely recommend!

The whole process was very straightforward, and everyone was very easy to talk to. Most importantly my daughter felt included with the process and felt comfortable speaking with them. They were patient with her and answered her questions in a way she could understand. We had explored lots of different avenues to get the answers we needed and we finally felt like someone understood and listened.

Throughout each step of the entire process of having my interviews, receiving a diagnosis and being given a prescription, the staff had been excellent in all ways. They were extremely patient and considerate, consistently answered all of my questions and concerns in detail, and overall did a great job at giving a thorough overview and explanations of each step whenever I was confused. They made what at first seemed like a daunting task, significantly easier to follow and deal with. The staff have been and continue to be a pleasure to work with and it is clear to see the effort and care they put in to give the best experience possible! I can’t recommend enough! I used diverse diagnostics for my daughter’s adhd assessment. The admin team were very helpful and prompt at getting us an appt with dr Basra who was lovely.
Her diagnosis took 4 weeks from start to finish.
Medication reviews are always very good and they send detailed letters of updates to gp and myself.
I’d recommend diverse diagnostics to anyone looking for help with neurodiverse diagnostics. In fact I regularly recommend them on Facebook when I see posts from parents needing help with their children. I’d no problem getting my daughter on the camhs waiting list after diagnosis and I’m lucky to have a go that does shared care so we only pay for reviews and not meds as well.

I’d advise people thinking about going diverse diagnostics to ask go if they facilitate shared care before booking so you know exactly what the costs will be.

Rebekah was very nice and polite. She responded quickly to my emails. She let me know some feedback, without making any absolute assertions, about what I was saying which is good. I thought I might not get any feedback at all today because it is early in process but it is good to get some and not have to wait. It has been made clear to me a lot of times that I can contact at any time with any questions which is good.

At 46 I have been struggling for many years or as long as I can remember. Never perused anything as I thought I was just different, and always had to work harder to achieve things than others. Working in a very senior role in the NHS things were becoming more challenging and I found myself unable to mask like previous and sadly found myself burning out, due to the personal cost of overworking, over preparing things just got too much. I attended my GP and took sometime of work for the first time in over 20 years. I asked my GP to refer to local MH services for an ADHD assessment of which he was reluctant to do. Eventually he agreed but I was declined and advised that I should attend my Local OH services (still not clear why as they are not a diagnostic service) at this point I felt lost and let down and very unsupported. I done some research into private assessments which was a minefield. Came across Diverse Diagnostics and I’m so glad I did. From the user friendly website to the excellent service at free 15 min pre screening consultation all the way though to the assessment with Dr Alan Cross and medication appointment with Kelly Warnock. Both of these staff were and have been amazing. I was very nervous because of my age and my profession. I had so many thoughts and feelings about how I would be perceived, and I had no reason too. Dr Cross was honestly amazing, kind, supportive and understanding. At the end when the diagnosis was given I felt so validated, emotional and Dr Cross was so good at making me feel better. I received my report at the two week mark which was helpful and easy to read and understand. My medication appointment with Nurse Kelly Warnock was equally supportive and understanding. There was no sense of pushing down one Particular route and very informative and supportive. We agreed on the best course of medication to take and I received my medication very fast 3 days later.
I honestly couldn’t fault this company and any of the staff that work there, even anytime
I called for advice or updates they were all so amazing. My next battle will be to get my GP to take over shared care which I’m not looking forward too! To anyone who is considering assessment please seriously consider this company as you will not regret it! Absolutely Amazing team and service
