Good Company with Easy Financing at a Fair Rate.

Dividend made my dream a reality by offering me a low interest rate loan to finance solar project. The process was quick and easy. I’m plan on working with them for my future projects.

Horrible website and interest deferment program, shows interest accrued which would be fine but when you make your payment, it shows your paying interest during the deferment as well as customer service will tell you the interest is deferred and it won't effect paying it off early. However their statements show a complete 180 from what they say on the phone. I will be contacting the BBB as I am paying them off ASAP.

Update: UNREAL not only did the company reach out to me to run around dodging the question, but referred me to the documentation I signed. Yes I signed the document that said no interest if paid off within one year. HOWEVER look at this break down of a minimum payment, if you saw this would you believe this company saying really saying no interest for 12 months as stated in the document I signed!!?

I really wish I could give them a negative review. I have never had such a repeatedly bad experience in trying to pay anyone. First if you want to pay down the principal (which if you can I recommend since their finance rate is super high) you can only do it on the first. If you don't they only apply the extra payment amount to interest - that is not normal in my experience.
Secondly, If you want to pay online on the first their portal appears not to recognize you. Your passwords are always incorrect and the answers to your security questions are always wrong. This is not occasionally but every single month since the beginning of the loan. Honestly I would have refinanced this after a couple of months, except for COVID and not wanting to rock the boat financially - but now that things are more stable - it's time to get rid of this bad decision.

The whole process was very good, I had no problem with anything, it was very simple. If I had a question, it was answered in a timely manner.

The installation crew was professional, explained everything they were doing and were courteous. We are very pleased with the final look of the solar panels on our roof. The panels were installed very uniformly, all wires and connections completely hidden from view. The cost of the solar is less than our old electric bill, and we are getting tax breaks. Should have done this sooner :)

Everything dealing with the instillation of my purchase and the financing of the product has gone smoothly. Nothing to worry about. My payments will go auto pay each month and I'll soon be enjoying fresh air through my beautiful new windows.

I'm charging this to the Covid -19 issue. Processing time could have been shorter. At installation it was found that the measurements for front window were wrong so it took extra time to remake the windows (3 windows). I was requested to sign off before the work was completed. I refused. Experience has taught me that no signing off until completion is the way to properly take care of business. All in all, the work was great and clean, Workers were professionals and thorough.
