No arrangements were made to pay US…
No arrangements were made to pay US duty and the order was returned to the UK. We had no way of knowing about the duty and therefore no way to pay directly. All companies we deal with pay the duties and then invoice the client. That didn't happen, delays are costly. Fix this asap.

Firstly, we're really sorry for the unexpected delay on your order. We were unaware of this being returned to sender until our printers notified us this had come back this week. We included all contact info for yourself on the original shipment, so we do not understand why you were not contacted regards import and duties. The new landscape of shipping to the USA and all the recent changes has caused quite an upheaval, but the couriers, and us as a small business, are trying to navigate this as best we can.
As soon as we heard the parcel had been retuned we confirmed this with you. Rest assured we were working as quickly as possible to rearrange the shipment for you, we were just waiting for confirmation all of the delivery info was correct - thank you for doing so. We have now rearranged a new shipment via UPS, which you are already aware of and our management team are in contact with you directly.
As you can see from our overall rating, we are a trustworthy and reputable small business and we apologise for the unexpected issues faced on this order.

Ordered fabric (not a sample) and…
Ordered fabric (not a sample) and didn’t really get any acknowledgement except through Shop.
Didn’t get delivery notification so emailed and asked when it would arrive. Told 3/4 weeks which is absolutely fine but those details are buried in the blurb at the bottom of the item.
Fabric turned up unannounced, folded in a grey plastic bag. It all feels a bit shoddy at £110 a metre.

You would always receive an order confirmation with the full details of your order, clear lead times on production and customer service info, perhaps this automated email landed in a different email folder.
All our fabric is printed to order and when goods are ready to ship we should be updated by our manufacturer, so we in turn can update our customers that their order is on the way. We will look into why this was not the case on your order. We also always send velvet rolled on a cardboard tube, so we understand your frustration that the fabric did not arrive this way and will investigate why protocol was not followed by our manufacturers on this occasion - our sincere apologies.
We are proud of our high quality, British made fabrics and wallpapers, and we hope to welcome you back to Divine Savages again in the future.

Ordering the samples online was simple…
Ordering the samples online was simple and straightforward. The parcel arrived quickly. I had ordered a sample from another company too, but the quality wasn't up to the same standards, despite costing more.
Now I have the dilemma of deciding which wallpaper to use, they are all gorgeous!

Gorgeous looking paper and incredible customer service
