This is a scam website.
They charge you big bucks and order the cheapest from AliExpress on your behalf. They delivered a steering wheel wrap, yes. But the worst possible fit and quality.

NEVER GET SCAMMED BY THEM.

Sent the wrong cover. No phone number to call. Sent email - but after reading these reviews, I think I'm screwed.

every one star review on this site may be completely accurate, but I wanted to share that I actually did have a really great experience with this company and product. I bought it the day after it would be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. But they still make sure that I got it before Christmas as it was a gift for my husband. I was able to install it on his Tundra with no problem. I watched theirs and YouTube videos and got some great tips. It takes planning and extreme patience to install one of these. It took me about three hours to instill, but that’s probably because I’ve never done it before and I was really taking my time.

Sent the wrong one first not what i ordered, they admitted mistake, sent another, not even the correct one for my car, after emailing them 3 times, have never replied to any, lost my $178, should have read the reviews regards these scammers.

They delivered OK, but what they deliver is not what is promised on the web site. The cover is all ok, but its made from synthetic imitation leather. Its the same kind of covers set one can get from AliExpress for way less money.
I refurbished my steering wheel with their products, but while ordering i expected the cover to be premium REAL NAPPA LEATHER by looking at their website sales speech.
My cars steering wheel is refurbished, but the quality vs cost is not what one should expect.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Fake leather and fake Alcantara absolute rip off

I ordered a steering wheel cover for my 2001 mx-5 on May 5, 2025, and just received the item on June 7, 2025. Tracking is horrible, so I was left wondering if it was lost or missing. The product itself is not what I was expecting. The website says Nappa leather, but it is imitation leather. The fit to the bottom spoke was not good. It was too short and not wide enough to cover completely. I have a feeling based on the other reviews here that I am out the money spent, $115. I am putting reviews out everywhere I can think of to keep others from making this same mistake.

They cut incorrect shape for the wrap despite me selecting the right type AND attaching the photo of my actual steering wheel.

Was constantly gaslit in support that it is my problem that I can’t install it, that the shape is correct.

Avoid.

A complete rip off. They took my money, sent the wrong cover (completely useless to me), they ignored all requests for return ( I emailed and reached out to DIY & Shopify 6 times. Shopify was absolutely no help at all. Now I am stuck with $125 cover that is useless to me. Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered a wheel cover for my 2018 Maserati Granturismo. Paid around 154.00 and sent a picture of my steering wheel. The product arrived in a timely manner, however, it was not cut correctly to cover my steering wheel. I immediately sent an email to let them know that the item did not fit. Since then, I have sent 5 emails requesting a new one be made and sent or a full refund. I have received ZERO emails. There is no phone number on their website. Do not due business with them! They will take your money and if it’s not the right product they will not communicate any further! They have my money and I have a cover that will put fit my car. They have terrible customer service and are a scam since they will not respond to multiple emails.

I wish that I had searched reviews and read this before buying a cover from this company. I've had the same experience - excitement about the product only to receive one that wasn't even close to fitting my steering wheel. The finally responded to my email and sent me another cover only to receive essentially the same cut which isn't even close to being the correct fit. Now, after multiple emails, I'm getting no response. It's evident that they falsely advertise and don't have the vehicle steering wheel templates that they say they do. My recommendation - don't throw away your money and look elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience with DIYsteeringwheel.com where I bought the cover from. I would recommend that everyone avoid this place like the plague if you’re wanting doing something similar at home. They claim to be out of Australia but it’s just another sham internet outfit drop shipping crap from China. Somehow the quality of the alcantara material wasn’t too bad. I’m fairly skilled with my hands and was a custom leather craftsman for several years, so sewing up a wheel cover should have been no big deal.
Two weeks after I placed my order for basic black with black stitch cover I received something that was clearly not from the correct wheel pattern that was short on material around the three spokes and grip bulges at 10&2. No way it could be modified to fit. DIYsteeringwheel.com responded the next day to say they would be sending out a correct replacement and to put blame on the “pattern maker” and swore this would not happen again. Ok, sounds goods right… Two more weeks later, got the second cover that was a little closer to correct. Except now it was too big around the wheel rim by about 2mm to 4mm depending on the location, and the material around the spokes was of by a few degrees high on the side spokes that would have created a dead space pocket above the spoke of I’d tried to sew it up.
Needless to say my next 5 emails to DIYsteeringwheel.com Went unanswered and I have two bad covers to show for it.

I thought I would buy from this company and pay a premium for a quality product and service. There are a lot cheaper options on the market but I thought this would be a superior product. I received to cover and it wasn’t the correct one so I asked for a refund and they said they will send me a new one and if there was still a problem they would give me a full refund. I received the new cover and it was exactly the same as the original one that was sent. I sent both covers back and asked for a full refund. I have sent numerous emails asking where my refund is and have had no response. They have taken my money and I have no product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After receiving my ordered product it had the wrong measurements, at first they kindly send a new one. Sadly this one was wrong as well, I was disappointed because of it, since I was really looking forward to the product. When I contacted them about it they never responded back. So I ended up with two faulty products that can’t be used, and 160 usd down the drain… never ever buy from this company just a bunch of scammers, they ghost you once they receive your payment
