I recently moved into a new flat and used DJ Alexander's Aberdeen branch to do so. Throughout the experience staff were professional, highly efficient and ensured a smooth process. In particular Patrycja Poscik was incredibly helpful and always responded swiftly to my emails/enquiries. I would highly recommend her services to all others looking to move/rent.

I'm impressed by the good communications at D J Alexander. The contact we have had with Callum Barcham, one of their senior property managers, has been excellent, keeping the landlord and applicant tenants fully updated on changing circumstances. We are pleased with the positive outcome.

We have rented from D J Alexander for almost 14 years and find them to be very good landlords. Recently had an issue with plumbing, reported it and spoke to Dora Alves, she was very helpful and quickly actioned the job, which was attended to within 48 hours.

Flat Rental Issues/s : Ramya Peela, Property Relationship Manager, from DJ Alexander was most helpful in their communications and guidance over issue/s that we had with the flat and enabled us to come to a satisfactory conclusion, engaging with the correct engineers and solving the issue within a prompt time span.

Caroline Connelly was absolutely spot on. From start to finish she was always at the end of the phone and it was never an issue for her to help. She went well above and beyond with any query or issue that we had and was on the ball right through the entire process. Carol Clark who was also part of our dealings was fantastic as well. Always returned phone calls and kept us up to date as it was happening.

As a landlord I have dealt with DJ ALEXANDER for many years and in particular Andy Baker, he has always been very professional as well as being proactive in getting things seen to, whether it be keeping up to date with legislation or vetting prospective tenants. Well done and keep up the great work.

We always feel that the Housing Inspectors are always there for us and listen and support our needs. It's a first class service, with very prompt and quick replies to problems or questions. I like all the staff at Alexander's, very professional people. Our landlord has always been good to us and accomodation here is excellent. Keep up the very high standards.

DJ Alexander manages the property I rented almost one year ago and all my interactions with various employees have been friendly and helpful, although sometimes not as quick as I would have liked. Today Kelsey McLachlan came to do an inspection - she was a pleasure to speak with and listened carefully to the few small issues I had identified but not yet reported, promised to follow-up on one reported issue that had not yet been resolved, and effectively responded to the questions I had. I look forward to seeing her at the next inspection.

D.J. Alexander are the property managers for our apartment.
Whenever we have had any maintenance issues, they are always quick to respond and resolve issues.
They use a knowledgeable and professional team of contractors.
Their office team of Xavier Au and Ramya Peele have always come through with solutions and clear communication.

I was fortunate to have a property manager who always kept me informed and arranged all that was needed in a very professional manner. Nicole Galt gave me confidence that my property was always looked after. I live in Spain and cannot visit the house to carry out my own checks so it is important to have some one you can trust looking after your property and thanks to Nicole I had that confidence my interests were being looked after.

DJ Alexander has been my best experience as a landlord in particular Natalie Cotton and her team have been absolutely fantastic , easy to deal with, quick to respond and giving an excellent service. Key to my experience being so great has been dealing with Natalie directly on a one on one basis instead of the rotation of people I was dealing with before. Totally awesome Natalie I cant thank you enough for your excellent work!!!
