Honestly the worst experience ever. They sent me a bat that was in the wrong weight, i asked if i could swap it out, sent the bat back and they “returned the parcel” via fedex. The parcel has gone missing and he needs to claim for a refund which he hasnt done and isnt replying to a single message. Awful i wouldn’t recommend for ANYONE

Brought a top grade harrow bat for my lad. The handle wasn’t great. Sent it back they repaired it sent it back. The repair didn sort the issue. I asked for either a new bat or refund. They refused. Having to take legal route to recover costs now. I would definitely next time buy from an actual shop.

I bought a laminate bat from DKP. It was made well and on time delivery. However, after one game the back of the bat completely cracked.

These defects happen and they replaced the bat for a $50 charge, as it would cost more to ship it back to UK from USA.

The issues started with the replacement bat being complete off specification. The blade was made shorter, rather than the handle. The blade is pressed unevenly with a visible hump and knot towards the top. The handle is semi oval instead of the requested thick oval.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated! Having a shorter blade is such a huge mistake!

Grade 2 bat, very light at 2 lb 8 oz with an excellent pick-up. Felt great during throw-downs and had a really good ping off the bat. The balance and feel were spot on while playing.
