There was some initial confusion about when our car would be collected from Mount Pleasant Recovery Services in Sheffield. I thought it would be the day after MPRS collected our car, but it was, in fact, three days later - and only then after I'd made repeated phone calls to DLGAS in Barnsley asking where the car was, as it wasn't showing up as having been collected on the online portal (dlrepairstatus.co.uk). I did find all of that very stressful, given I'd never had anything happen to the car before and was distressed that a bus had damaged it so badly. Once it had been collected, though (and many thanks to Nicola at DLGS in Barnsley for organising that and ringing me back to reassure me), everything went very smoothly. Other people had cast doubt on the car being returned within the 2-3 weeks I'd been told to expect. Some said the repair work was more likely to take a couple of months. In fact, it was ready for return just nine days after collection. Russ at the garage twice rang me to explain what needed to be done, and then what had been done, in terms of repair. John and Amy, who returned the car to my home, were also extremely helpful and explanatory. So - putting to one side that initial confusion - I'd like to thank everyone concerned for doing an excellent job.

Great service and great work
The company contacted me quickly to arrange collection of my car, and it was taken on the agreed date. I was kept informed via text, r.e. what post-inspection repairs would need doing, and workshop progress after that, and the repairs were completed much faster than I had expected. There was also a friendly voice on the end of the phone when I had a query. The drivers who collected and returned the vehicle were both very personable.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star ruined my perfectly fine car and think it's okay and it's a joke they don't care they just break your car and give it back with 100 problems, stay clear from these men who do botch jobs on peoples car with no remorse at all 0 starsss!!!! Let me not forget to mention they write they own reviews that's why they have 4 stars! The guy was soooo rude on the phone also telling me "whatever"

No call-back regarding the paint that…
No call-back regarding the paint that had been pressure washed of my roof rails. The seal on front door was flapping about, ended up supergluing it myself. When calling the Barnsley number there was no pickup and the message said the inbox was full then ended the call. The persons that resprayed the doors and front wing did a great job.

Total Quality failure
The car was rejected three times due to the quality of the repairs. The insurers assessor then visited a further two times and pointed out issues with the repairs. A total lack of quality control.
