Well worth the investment
Mel and Daryl are very kind, genuine and honest people who made my experience worth while.
When you invest with these guys, they let you know exactly what the projects consists of (what your money is going towards) and give you regular updates on the projects to see how it's going. I found this very beneficial and interesting, you get to see how the project comes along from the start to finish.. they're also very knowledgeable in their field of work and always willing to teach you, and help you learn and understand what they are doing and the best steps..
Not only is it interesting to see what they are doing and what your money goes on but the interest rate they provide is better than what any bank provides, and you see money in your bank account as soon as the contract/ agreed date is set - sometimes even earlier if the projects finishes before the initial planned end date.
I would always recommend DM Properties as a way to invest as they are reliable and genuine people who are always there to help you.
