I recently used DM Motor Services and had an excellent experience. We hired them for a coach trip.
From the initial inquiry to the final drop-off, the team were professional, incredibly prompt, friendly and accommodating. The booking process was smooth and communication was superb, with quick responses.
The coach was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the journey pleasant and stress-free. The drivers David and Lloyd were fantastic, safe, courteous and very helpful.
I highly recommend DM Motor Services to anyone needing dependable and high-quality coach or bus hire. They are a top-tier transport provider, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future for both personal and business travel!

Lloyd and David were perfect and so friendly. The coach was converted in to beds so we had such a good journey and they promptly fixed anything we needed them to!

DM Motor Services took our university group on a trip to Disneyland in the nicest coach I'd ever been on. The drivers David and Lloyd were always accommodating and very professional. I'd definitely recommend them for a long distance coach journey

Drivers were so friendly and was such a smooth journey. Even got to put in song requests for Christmas songs on the way back!!!!

By far the best school bus service I’ve known, and I’ve worked in school directing the services. Communication is great, tracker on the buses so the kids and parents know where the bus is, don’t think we’ve had an issue and this is the second year of my d using this bus

DM motor services are like a breath of fresh air. They are always on time and if there are any incidents they let us know how delayed they are. I also know that they go out of their way with alternative bus stops for students to make it easier for them to access to bus. Great service and drivers.

School transport

Since moving to DM motors for my kids school transport service, we have not looked back.
I would like to provide positive feedback on the school bus service. The operations have been consistently punctual, well-organised and dependable. The driver and staff conduct themselves with professionalism and demonstrate genuine care for the students’ safety and comfort. The clear communication and reliability is of high standard.

Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service. It gives us parents one less thing to think about.

We started using DM Motor Services last year when the ‘other bus company’ that came through our village pretty much cancelled the school bus service on the Monday morning at 7am, also failing to reimburse the almost £1000 they charged parents for the privilege.
In step DM Motor Services like a knight in shining armour at the last minute. Within the day I’d got a place for my son to go to Tadcaster Grammar School. They were professional, kind, understanding and sympathetic. They are respectful and courteous and I know they will get my child to school on time and in a safely manner. Their communications with students and parents alike is exemplary and I would recommend them every day of the week.

Great school bus service can’t fault it. Excellent communication with parents via watsapp group set up by the company. They provide updates when the bus is running late or any updates on services times, plus the bus tracker is really handy too.

When my daughter lost her school pass she could still get on the bus. When I called DM Motors dealt with it straight away and answered straight away to sort it out. Top customer service.

Kept up to date with all information. My son left his school back on the bus, communicating was easy back was place back on the bus for him to collect in the morning.
I know my son is safe when on the school bus which is comforting
