I payed for a 2 day doctor's cert and did not receive it. I attempted to contact via the email provided and it bounced back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Also received a certificate with missing info, but it was rectified very quickly.
It would also be good if it allowed for shift workers that work across midnight so you don't have to purchase 2 certificates to cover the date range.

Takes long time to deliver and is not quick efficient

Terrible. Didnt even list the reason i stated i was sick. Wont be valid for my work. Ridiculous.

It's a scam already 48 hrs no sick certificate. Don't waste your money

The certificate arrived in the said 48 hours, however it was dated 01/01/1970. No name and address in the certificate including wrong date of birth. The certificate issued was incomplete and has no validation. Totally a waste of time and money. Keep away from this site. Visit a GP and get a certificate.

Date and DOB were mentioned in the certificate as 01/01/1970

All other fields were empty!

And password protected for this crap?

Quick reply with password protected access to your certificate. I had done some details incorrectly and sent an email, new certificate was sent within about 10 minutes!

Never got my certificate

It works, seems odd, suspiciously scammy but they sent, a follow up, then via text a private protected link to receive your sickie note. Thanks, now I can sleep in peace.

Very poor service.

Certificate had my personal details printed on it like my Birthdate, and address which I do not want my supervisor and thus rest of shift to know this info.

I rang the help number twice but it is not working.
I will go back to the Qld office again next time, at least a real doctor rings me up to confirm.

Got my certificate when they said I would. All info correct.

*****warning **** Paid money two days ago . Not received the medical certificate yet. No reply for my emails, phone number provided in the website Not working. I will update here if any thing I hear from them.

In my opinion this website (doctorsnote) is fake. I use it for medical certificate ( sick leave) 23/5/2023 Thursday and paid $25 for within 15 minutes to receive it but until today 24/5/2023 still didn't receive yet. I call 4 times to the provided number 6103528 and also the number can not connect. I have emailed them for refund but did not receive the reply. Please very careful with this online certificate, you don't know which one is fake or not. This is my first time and never again.
