Ordered bags for a high end Christmas event - they arrived after the event and the quality was terrible with thin paper - scratches and marks all over them. The printed ribbon was all wrong and the quality was not suitable for the event. I was promised from the beginning of the order that everything would arrive before the event and the quality would be very high end.
I spent over a month trying to get a refund for my prestigious client and all the time was fobbed off. I never received a refund!! I even spoke to accounts a couple of times and they promised to refund and nothing arrived.
The website says it is a UK company - it isn't! It is hard to communicate - only by email or live chat on the website. They are based in Pakistan.
Also for payment they want a bank transfer - so when wanting a refund it is hard to retrieve your money back.
I will not recommend this company.
