How the experience taught me more about my dog than I ever knew. The coarse taught me what my dogs signs tell me and just how much he loves me. Thank you so much and continue your good work.
The customer support as well as the training videos which taught me so much about my dog he is extremely intelligent and committed after I learned how to train him properly thank you for your support and guidance and I recommend your company to anyone for ESA and PSA training thank you for everything and your continued support God Bless!!!!

Learned a Lot
First, when I called them they were very informative and patient with my questions and concerns.
Second, they were prompt in sending me the information and manual to read, study and review.
Third, the manual was not hard to understand. I also learned a lot.

If I could give them less I would
In short this is the worst group of people I have ever encountered. They are dishonest and are only interested in money. Unprofessional trainers that are not qualified to manage anxiety in dogs. Rather than being honest with me they took an exorbitant amount of money from me and then told me after the fact that they were not equipped to train my dog because of her behavioral issues. LOOK ELSEWHERE ! The response I received from the company was so untrue. Therefore it requires an edit. I had issues with this company for months and this final incident put the nail in the coffin. They misrepresented themselves and the service they provided. Look at the website it states training rates between 75-130 per hour. When you buy a package as I foolishly did, the rates do not apply. I was charged 160.00 per hour. I just had another reputable trainer come to my home for an evaluation and the difference was night and day. Unfortunately, Dog Academy took 900.00 from me before I realized they were a scam and now my budget is comprised. Therefore I am in a financial deficit which only hurts the dog. Shame on you Dog Academy! Reality -I cannot afford the new qualified trainer because this company took what limited funding I have and now a new trainer will cost more than I can afford. Shame on this company!

We are very sorry to read this and strongly disagree with several of the claims made.
After reviewing the recorded calls, we do not see anywhere that you were told we could not assist with behavioral concerns. We have a dedicated behavioral training department specifically equipped to work with anxiety and related behavioral challenges, and supporting dogs with these needs is something we handle regularly.
Regarding the session itself, the trainer was briefly on their phone to document training notes and update progress — not for personal use. Proper documentation is part of maintaining continuity and ensuring your dog’s training plan remains structured and effective.
The final in-person session was scheduled for 120 minutes and concluded at approximately 90 minutes. Our understanding is that comments such as “okay, have a good night” were made, which the trainer reasonably interpreted as a cue to conclude the session. There was no intention to improperly shorten the appointment.
As requested, a refund was issued. The amount reflects completed sessions in accordance with the refund policy published on our website. The last in-person session exceeded one hour; however, we only deducted one hour for that session rather than the full scheduled time. The refund calculation strictly followed the policy terms that are clearly outlined and accessible to all clients.
We take allegations of dishonesty and lack of qualification seriously. Our trainers are vetted professionals, and we stand behind the services provided. While we understand that frustration can occur when expectations and experiences do not align, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our company.

We also understand your concern regarding in-person sessions. Our programs are designed to provide long-term support, but they do follow a structured progression model. Over time, we have refined portions of our program structure to better balance trainer availability, client demand, and the ability to continue providing support to all clients in a sustainable way. As part of those refinements, some clients transition from primarily in-person sessions to a virtual support phase once a strong foundation has been established.
We recognize that changes or updates to structure can feel frustrating, especially if expectations were formed differently at the beginning, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Our intention has always been to maintain continued access to guidance and resources rather than reduce support.
