Ordered a harness, received a confirmation for it but the status just sits on complete. The order has not been shipped. Contacted them by email but not heard anything. Scammers, waste of money.
I purchased 2 dog harnesses.
I found the quality to be poor. I contacted them as my dog constantly tried to take
it off. I received a generic email with an attached “how to use” the harness video.
I was also told I did not qualify for a refund.
Very disappointing service.
Would not recommend their products to anyone.
I should have known better but I ordered a harness and after a week it had still not changed status to 'shipped'... even though they say you will receive in 5-7 days.
There are no contact details so I submitted an enquiry.
They replied to say the package was sent and returned and that it will be out to me and they will notify me. There has been no status update or further reply. DO NOT BUY!!!
A very strong and sturdy harness. It has stopped my dog from pulling, and made the walks more enjoyable. The straps, Velcro, and materials used are great quality.
Great harness good looking, strong and with our dogs name. Unbeatable price, the company kept in touch while the shipping company took their time all up great product worth the wait

I don’t know, I am a bit wary about this one and think I might have bought something shotty…I am yet to receive the product so can’t review the quality.
I had a issue with my harness upon arrival, sent them a email with photos, anna was so quick and a pleasure to deal with, she offered a replacement asap and regular contact along the way. Was super fast and very happy with the replacement.
I bought 2 dog harnesses, 1 was perfect but the other was too small. They replaced it with the next size up without hesitation or extra cost. Thoroughly recommend them
