SUPERB COMPANY & WEBSITE.
SUPERB COMPANY & WEBSITE.
Was looking for a GSD Cross Breed ( the purebreds are riddled with genetic & health defects due to years of inbreeding).
Found exactly what I wanted after 48 hours thanks to being sent updates.
A minor website query afterwards was sorted instantly.
Excellent service.

Trustworthy site
12 years ago I bought a black pom pup from this site. She was a beautiful healthy pup , grew into a very loyal wee dog , gave us 12 very happy years.Sadly she went peacefully at Christmas to Doggy Heaven. Our house was no longer a home without a dog so I went on to this site again. This time I bought a white miniature schnauzer pup also a very healthy pup .This is a reliable site ,very simple to use with a large selection of pups/dogs from good breeders.

Hi Una, thanks for taking the time to to leave a review on behalf of your son.
Generally when an ad is not accepted it's due to someone not complying with the laws either on microchipping, or registering as a Registered Seller of Pets or a Dog Breeding Establishment.
I've checked our refunded ads from last week and I can't match your son's ad, but if you reach out to us at support@dogs.ie I'd be happy to take a look for you.

the site admin are responsive and good…
the site admin are responsive and good communicators. the duration of the advert is a little short particularly breeds which have a smaller following.
the people selling dogs are vetted to a point in that their identify is known to the admin and they have to meet a certain criteria/conditions.
However there needs to be a way to vet the "buyers" ,those contacting the sellers, as the number of time wasters is large.
no one minds a person calling out seeing the dog/pup and deciding not to proceed.
but those who make arrangements and don't show
or those who make an arrangement while gushing over the pictures of dog/pup only to send a cold message 20 mins later is frustrating.
why send 5/10 messages and then stop....online dating could be the only worse experience...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Paul and for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear you found our team responsive and communicative, and we appreciate your recognition of our efforts to vet sellers and maintain a level of trust on the platform. We understand your concerns about advert durations for less popular breeds and the frustration caused by unreliable buyers.
It’s a challenge we’re actively exploring, and we agree that improving the experience for serious sellers and reducing time wasters is important. Your suggestion about vetting buyers is valuable, and while there are privacy considerations, we’re looking into ways to encourage more respectful and reliable behaviour from all users.
Very good and helpful
Very helpful customer service , always here to help us, we didn’t sell puppy for a long time and they did put up add again free of charge, we never had to wait long for their respond , and always had our problem or questions answered and sorted out for us. They are really the best.Best regards Gunther
