This company just exposed themselves as frauds. Had $284.74 left in my balance and thought I could pay off the remaining balance by logging in to my account. Turns out nothing happened for one. Plus two they took money out from my account which was $144.37. So instead of them investigating on the error which I requested them to do, they ignored my request and demanded that I pay the missing payment.

See I was thinking of giving them at least 4 stars. But they just exposed their true colors refusing to work with me. Stay away from DOLLI. I will be cutting ties with them like some others.

If I could give these predatory lenders a negative review I would.

Don’t dare miss a payment or they harass your refenrces and threaten legal action. They aren’t even in the country. Talked to someone one time and there was a rooster in the background.

They have no knowledge of legal, Canadian debt collection and are the scum of the earth. Call you back to back to back. Email you over and over and over. And pretend like they know what they’re talking about.

If there was a -1 rating I would give it.
They have no professionalism , they are rude , harassing and threatening.
This company has got to be the worst !
They will send up to 10 emails/ text messages a day . Even when the money is sent , they still harass .
Stay away!!!!

Don't trust this company.. my application was canceled but they took money outta my account for a payment.. never received any kind of money from them..

Applied, a few days later got an approval and signed contracts with a payment schedule. Stated the funds would be in my account within 1 business day. I am on business day 3.
I have no funds.
I called, emailed and have an inquiry open on my account... crickets... after reading the reviews I am.not alone.

Waste of time they tell you you’re approved you sign all the documents and then they tell you you’re declined six hours later they are a waste

Apply, get approved, sign documents, and then expect nothing and I mean nothing from them. Crickets

Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Told I was approved, signed contract, then....nothing. Ghosted, no info, no contact, no explanation. I'll delete this review if I hear from them, but not holding my breath.

Email said approved, signed documents, told funds would be in account at end of day, end of day got an email saying my loan was declined after being approved, signing documents and expecting the money in my account. Stay away

While I understand that when we sign up and take a loan we are responsible for payment. But sometimes life happens. Sometimes payments are missed and you need a little bit of grace. I am not asking them to excuse my debts but Dolli.ca is the absolute worst when it comes to compassion. I missed a payment. I accepted the NSF fee that came along with it. But they are HARASSING me for the payment. They ask you to ask a friend/family to send it on your behalf, as if that’s not absolutely embarrassing and as if they won’t collect it in the end. If I couldn’t make the payment on the due date what makes them think I have the money before my next payday.

There’s lots of micro loan companies out there that still charge ridiculous fees but have more compassion when it comes to set backs. Choose them and stay away from dolli.ca

anyone has a loans with Dolli.ca, this company is guile, I was borrowed money from them and my final payment is on march 7/2025. On feb 19/2025 I was received a letter from them it said funds have been sent to you and will be in to your account by direct deposit (mon-fri). I did not receive any money from them on feb 19/2025 and I did not request a re-loans with them, they sent me a new payments schedule I have to pay them till April 22nd. I phone them they never answer. Anyone can give me any advise what can I do. I report to the police or not, Thank you
