I ordered an S-TPE doll, but they sent me one made of regular TPE. The next day I contacted them, and they played dumb, saying it was the correct material , It also had manufacturing defects.
Manufacturer that rips off customers, beware!
My doll had many imperfections, and they acted like nothing is happening.... to avoid giving me my money back. Be careful!

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially since we were actively communicating with you and attempting to investigate your concerns before this was posted.
For clarity to anyone reading:
• We are not a manufacturer. We are a store.
• Your order included the S-TPE upgrade, and we have the factory invoice confirming the S-TPE material charge.
• We also contacted the manufacturer directly, and they reconfirmed that the body was produced using S-TPE.
• You compared the material to an older purchase from a different brand and store. Different manufacturers use different proprietary blends, so softness can vary between brands. A difference in feel compared to another brand does not indicate that the wrong material was used.
After that was confirmed, you later claimed defects/imperfections on the body. We did not find any from the photos you provided so we did the following:
• We forwarded your photos to the factory for assessment.
• Their response was that the images were too unclear/blurry to properly evaluate.
• We requested clearer photos from you in order to investigate further.
• We did not receive any follow-up images or response from you after that request.
We take product concerns seriously and follow a structured review process for any reported issue. We remain willing to review clear documentation if you choose to provide it.
Our goal has always been transparency and fair resolution based on verifiable information.

I have have had an excellent experience with support here. They are very responsive and helpful in answering questions. I also like that this is a US based company. Means that shipping tends to be handled faster and for people in the USA that also helps build trust.
I did have some troubles with the bank declining my purchase at first, but that was entirely an on my end issue and they helped me figure out how to get it resolved. That in no way impacts this review.

shipping was on time and arrived in good condition problem was item was not as pictured or described i ordered a stock WM head only it was to come with stock tan skin i received a light tan or natural skin doll head the face of the head also only resembled what she looked liked in the photo

We would also like to clarify that we were not contacted directly after delivery about any problems with the item. We always encourage our customers to contact us directly if something looks wrong, so that we can take immediate action to resolve it.
We wrote to you via email after reading your review and we politely requested some photos of the head that was received and the box with shipping label so that we could confirm whether or not the correct item was shipped. At this time, we have not yet received a response.
The warehouse does not stock the WM head you ordered in a "natural" or "light tan" skin tone. Only "tan" skin tone, and that is why we wanted to verify it.
Regarding resemblance to the product photos:
We are unsure if you are referring to the makeup or the head in general. We do note on the product page that the in-stock WM warehouse heads ship with standard makeup and may not have the exact makeup styling shown in promotional images. Variations in makeup appearance are normal and disclosed prior to purchase. The makeup could also be the reason why you might think the skin tone is different.
We are certainly willing to help fix the problem if you received the wrong item but we would need the info you were requested to provide via email to do that.
We are still happy to help so please email us back so we can look into this.
