Ao contactar empresa , enrolam e não resolvem, nem provam sequer que o artigo foi entregue . Não enviam dados da pessoa que o recebeu, só dizem ter sido entregue .

I’ve used Domisana a couple of times now and they’ve been great, very responsive on customer care and lovely products.

The staff is great and efficient, ready to find a solution to every inconvenient.

A small mistake was made with an order I placed in March. After sending an email explaining, I received a response quickly stating they would look into the matter asap. It took no longer than 3 days to get another response with a statement on what had happened and how they would fix it. The team responded not only professionally, but quickly.
They deserve a 5 star review just for how lovely the emails were! Also, the products purchased are everything I expected and more.

Everyone answered my questions. I was just most aware that the company was international which is more expensive to return, so I just took a partial refund. But they were very kind to offer me a little more, which I appreciated.

I initially ordered incorrect size. I contacted customer support and they responded in less than 24 hours and was able to order correct size! Amazing!
