This is a scam site. They take your money and don’t provide the goods. If you google the address the shop doesn’t exist.

This shonky online store does not even deserve 1 star. Looks great online (no such a physical store at Bowral) but delivers poor quality garments that do not meet standard sizes not are they correctly labelled for country of origin, materials or care details. The contact pages and email are fronts and they do not provide for return or refund. This is definitely a scam.

After initiating a return, and being asked to take the clothes out of the bags and photograph them (again) to return them at my own expense, I emailed them back to say I didn't want to deal with their dodgy drop shipping from China business anymore. The email bounced as others have mentioned! These people (all called Jessica) just want your money, and will provide cheap sub-par goods in return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Misrepresentation after misrepresentation.
Products are of such poor quality- you’d laugh, if you hadn’t forked out good coin.
My lesson cost me return postage to China. Am considering myself lucky as others seem to have been hit much harder.
Do wonder about how well consumer protection laws are working in this space.

Oh, how I wish I had read this website before I ordered.
Boots, $100 - whilst not expecting much for that money, I would have expected them to arrive in a box at the very least. Nope, they came in a plastic bag. Suede. Nope. Was sceptical on that anyway for $100 - but thought, WTF, will order and see what arrives and return if severely unhappy. Well, shyte, that is what arrives. AND - no chance of return. Whilst I have received countless spammy follow up email from Jessica at Donnelly since I ordered this heap of shyt, when you try to respond for a return - the email bounces .. $100 lesson learned.

The clothes were not as shown on site. Very poor quality material and came from china, not Bowral. There is no phone number and when contacted via email, there is no reply. I believe this is a total scam. Avoid at all cost.

The jumper I ordered was very small and poor quality. The product came from China not Bowral, Do not buy from this store pretending to be Australian

I do not believe this is a legitimate company. I have never received my goods or had my money returned. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but just get told that my goods are on their way. Any response I try to make to these emails fails to go through. Do not buy anything from Donnellybowral.

Took 3 weeks to arrive then was the most appalling quality imaginable. Unwearable and not as described. Not only is the money wasted but I have contributed to landfill. Do not use this site.

This site is a scam. Falsely advertised as an Australian local Business with Australian curated products ,it is based in WY with unlabelled products shipped from China.
I bought a 2 piece top and trouser set ( originally $300 on sale at $99) the advertised quality and photos in no way resembles the rubbish delivered . Cheap polyester versions of what is advertised . Appalling quality

All attempts to contact this ‘fashion store’ for a refund for the junk polyester, badly made clothing my mother received have been without success. They are a fake store operating out of China. Their ‘Contact Us’ link does not function and all email attempts have received no response. Do not buy.

There are too many of these fake online stores ready to take your money. Don’t buy at all…they look Australian but are not! Buy only from ABN supported sites with real addresses and real history! Read all reviews not the paid ones as they are part of the scam! Buyer be doubly aware!

Scam site. "Velvet" blazer wasn't even Velvet and arrived from China, not Bowral.

Top prices, reduced for a ‘sale’. I bought a jumper which looked good in the picture but was 100% polyester when it arrived. Buyers beware.
